Position SummaryWe seek a highly experienced Senior SWIFT Administrator / Network Manager for a three-month consulting engagement to oversee and execute secure global payment messaging infrastructure. This technical role involves full back-end access to SWIFT messaging systems and includes responsibilities related to secure data transmission between financial institutions, system configuration, and compliance with industry-standard protocols and regulatory requirements.
This role is central to a time-sensitive, high-value transaction project involving the execution of interbank messaging procedures including, but not limited to, MT103, MT202, MT199, and MT799 formats. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with server-to-server bank communication setups and direct communication with receiving and issuing bank compliance officers .
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, monitor and manage all SWIFT-related messaging infrastructure for high-value international transfers
Execute message formats including MT103, MT202, MT799, MT199 with compliance to SWIFT FIN/CBPR+ standards
Coordinate with the receiving bank to ensure server-to-server communication protocols are securely established
Oversee message delivery confirmations (RMA authorizations, SWIFT GPI tracking, acknowledgments)
Ensure all communications align with AML, FATF, and Basel compliance standards
Maintain audit trail and reporting structures for all transmitted messages
Advise AltFunds Global and its legal/treasury partners on optimal timing and sequencing for multi-step wire transactions
Liaise directly with counterparty institutions’ compliance and operations departments to confirm acceptance of MT799 pre-advice and MT103/202 final confirmations
Provide oversight and documentation in connection with procedures outlined in the ACRB March 2025 Transfer Protocols, including bank-to-bank and server-to-server delivery sequences
Minimum 10 years of SWIFT system administration and network management experience within the financial services sector
Proven experience managing SWIFT FIN messages: MT103, MT202, MT799, MT199
Demonstrated experience in handling secure server-to-server payment messaging configurations between global banking institutions
Deep familiarity with payment processing, SWIFT protocols, and interbank transfer controls
Understanding of KYC, AML, and international banking compliance frameworks
Substantial documentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision and a high degree of discretion
Experience with high-volume, high-value transactional environments preferred
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension based on project requirements)
Remote with coordination across global time zones
Must be available for real-time communications and verification procedures during active wire operations
Compensation commensurate with experience and project sensitivity

Position Summary
TheFinancial Services Manageris a professional, customer-oriented, and self-motivated individual responsible for finalizing vehicle sales contracts while simultaneously setting up extended service contracts and insurance arrangements. The primary responsibility includes meeting with customers to determine and meet their needs for additional services, including warranty, insurance, and financing. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Financial Services Manager works closely with all areas of the business to ensure effective interdepartmental communication, timely completion of paperwork and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Present extended service contracts and other owner protection packages to customers during the completion of the vehicle sale
- Build relationships with customers in order to discover customer needs and requirements
- Increase revenue by selling value-added products and services to customers, including warranty, insurance and other financial services plans
- Complete the required documentation and administrative duties between the sales floor and the financing department
- Ensure all legal documentation is sent and received between the dealership and financial institutions
- Arrange customer financing by communicating with lenders and financial institutions
- Review customers credit applications for accuracy and match customers to financial sources if necessary
- Maintain frequent communication and coordination among all necessary departments
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned or modified as necessary throughout the course of your employment.
