The successful individual will lead the Cash Management Services Operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational performance meets or exceeds established industry, regulatory, and company standards, and the operations functions stays on the cutting edge of technology implementations. You will oversee functional teams, including Bank Deposit Sweep Operations, Wire Transfer, Check Processing, and EFT in/out processing and be responsible for the development and training of those teams.


Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

· Experience with Foreign Exchange

The Vice President (VP) is primarily responsible for managing the execution of M&A, private placements, and capital raising transactions. This role serves as the main point of coordination for transaction processes, client relationships during live deals, and overseeing internal deal teams.
