The Job!
Reporting to the Head of Specialized People Services, this role supports the effective delivery of Total Rewards programs within a global organization. The individual will offer expert guidance to managers and staff, ensuring consistent application of reward strategies and policies. This position involves both strategic input and hands-on administration across multiple regions.
- Address and resolve complex compensation-related inquiries escalated by internal advisory teams.
- Escalate sensitive or highly complex issues to senior leadership or relevant centers of expertise when appropriate.
- Manage job changes including role documentation, job profile setup, and updates to salary structures.
- Support payroll-related processes by collecting and maintaining legal documentation and inputs for compensation changes or one-off payments.
- Administer employee recognition programs and support decision-making around hiring compensation and international mobility.
- Monitor compensation metrics such as market competitiveness, internal equity, and budget adherence, in collaboration with operations support teams.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of upcoming reward initiatives and ensure readiness across operational units.
- Ensure compliance with reward frameworks and contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance employee experience.
What you bring to the job
You are someone who carries themselves with professionalism, integrity, and cultural awareness as well as someone with strong data management skills, with a proven ability to handle confidential information. You also come with:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably within a shared services or global operational context.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation systems and processes, including job evaluations, role documentation, and ad-hoc payment processing.
- Strong understanding of total rewards strategy, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
- A focus on service delivery, with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Experience working within a shared service model and collaborating across functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
