The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable designs and meaningful projects. We are looking for someone who loves to digitally model and draw, wants to take ownership of their work, and wants to be an integral part of our firm long term. You could be an Architectural Technologist or Architect.
The Role:
Drawing production - highly proficient and productive, aiding the team to meet deadlines, improving/ensuring drawing consistency and quality standards are maintained across multiple projects.
BIM leadership - reviewing/improving Revit templates and processes, family vetting/creation, review/improve/enforce Revit best practices for the team, team guidance/education, and analyzing related software for implementation into office workflows.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Revit experience developed in a professional, collaborative environment (including the use of key features such as scheduling, worksharing, family editing, phases, design options, rendering and walkthroughs)
- Outstanding construction drawing preparation and coordination
- University Degree or College Diploma from an accredited program, local preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in an architectural office in Canada, preferred in high end buildings
- Avid interest in all aspects of sustainable design (Passivehaus, NetZero, Carbon Neutral, LEED)
- Strong understanding of building science, building systems, and construction detailing
- Excellent working knowledge of the OBC
- Experience working with high performance building techniques, practices, and products
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively multi-task and coordinate efforts on multiple projects
- A positive, pro-active, critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
- A desire to take ownership of all aspects of any given task or project, demonstrating accountability and integrity

Senior BIM Collaboration Lead
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BIM collaboration workflows, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction data, compliance with BIM standards, and alignment with program-wide digital strategies. This role bridges program and project delivery, digital systems and business workflows, and long-term lifecycle asset management thinking, driving quality, efficiency, and innovation across the BIM-to-Digital Twin Lifecycle.
Major Responsibilities
**· BIM Collaboration Workflows**
o Manage and optimize collaboration processes including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Build RFI Workflows, PCO Submissions, quality workflows, submissions, and other program-specific requirements.
o Facilitate multi-disciplinary coordination, issue tracking, and resolution processes across teams and stakeholders.
**· Standards, Data, and Compliance Auditing**
o Audit BIM Execution against ISO 19650, program-specific standards, and organizational requirements.
o Monitor and report on data quality, metadata completeness, and model performance.
o Develop and maintain performance indexing frameworks (4D Scheduling, 5D Cost, 6D Sustainability)
**· Digital Twin and Asset Management Readiness**
o Lead the BIM-to-Digital Twin integration strategy, including the development of a BIM-to-Digital Twin roadmap that outlines key milestones for data readiness, model fidelity, and integration with operational systems)
o Ensure structured handover data aligns with asset management requirements.
o Define and validate data schemas for lifecycle asset information management (AIM).
**· Data Pipelines and Systems Integration**
o Oversee development of data pipelines connecting BIM environments with PMIS, scheduling, cost, and sustainability platforms.
o Support API-driven integrations to ensure interoperability across systems
**· Implementation and Change Support**
o Lead the implementation of new collaboration tools, processes, and integrations.
o Support training and digital adoption activities for project and organizational teams.
o Provide expertise to governance bodies and contribute to digital program management decisions.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* 10+ years of experience in BIM management, digital collaboration, or related roles.
* 2 years in a Leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Build, Design Collaboration).
* In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650), model coordination, and data auditing.
* Hands-on experience with 4D scheduling, 5D cost integration, and sustainability/6D frameworks.
* Strong understanding of data pipelines and integrations between BIM and PMIS/ERP platforms.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Digital Twin architecture and platforms
* Knowledge of program-level performance indexing and KPI frameworks.
* Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted design/construction workflows.
* Previous leadership in large-scale capital infrastructure or progressive design-build programs.
* Certification in BIM Management, ISO 19650.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams.

The Navadian CHALLENGE :
Supervise the quality of BIM models to ensure their accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards
Analyze technical conflicts and coordinate solutions to minimize delays and costs
Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan to ensure clarity in workflows
Use advanced tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and propose effective solutions
Lead modeling teams by providing mentorship, training, and ongoing support
Structure data flows to ensure interoperability between platforms and optimal information management
Plan modeling and coordination phases to ensure deadlines and quality requirements are met
Improve BIM processes by introducing innovative solutions and technologies
Ensure technical communication between teams, clients, and partners
You profil:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Diploma in building mechanics, industrial drafting or other relevant training
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, ACC, and Microsoft Office suite
