We're building a new model in our North America region and we need your eye for design to help bring it to life.
As part of a newly formed Campaign Hub within North America's Performance Marketing (Demand Gen) team, you'll play a key role in shaping how Sage shows up visually across our B2B marketing campaigns for North America. This role isn't about starting from scratch every time - it's about taking great global creative and adapting it for a North American audience, ensuring every asset speaks clearly, consistently, and impactfully.
You'll partner with performance marketing campaign managers and copywriters to make sure your designs not only look good but also perform well.
Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in graphic design with examples of creating B2B marketing campaign assets such as:
eBooks, whitepapers, webinar visuals, emails, direct mail, landing pages, infographics, and web banners.
- You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tool.
- You can confidently navigate ambiguity and bring structure to a brief.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy.
- You're known for effective communication and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- You can share a portfolio that showcases relevant graphic design work for B2B marketing campaigns

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$5,000 to C 95,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.

As a brand manager, you'll help evolve and implement our brand strategy and vision. As Brand Manager, you'll contribute to compelling marketing programs and campaigns that influence internal team members and the global agriculture and consumer goods markets.

- Support on delivering high-impact brand marketing campaigns and events with our internal teams and agency partners.
- Produce best-in-class brand assets that align with our TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods purpose, visual identity, and marketing themes
- Lead our social media function by managing our social media calendar, developing strategic, high-quality social content, and provide monthly reports and recommendations to the wider team
- Coordinate and manage the ongoing design schedule for a small team of designers and partners
- Produce brand assets that align with our TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods purpose, visual identity, and marketing themes with stakeholders and agency partners
- Be a steward and guardian of our brand to strengthen our positioning in the market
- Leverage your impressive communications skills as a speaker, storyteller and writer to distill complex narratives and engage audiences
- Provide constructive brand feedback and guidance to stakeholders of all kinds with your key attention to detail and professionalism
- Partner closely with the broader marketing team, colleagues across the organization, and a wide variety of stakeholders to produce assets that are relevant and meaningful to our target market
- Stay on the cutting edge of brand and marketing innovation and thought leadership from industry experts, agencies, peers, and competitors
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in branding and marketing
- Demonstrated success in working on brand marketing campaigns, social media content creation and media and PR campaigns
- Previous experience in brand management and application of brand guidelines
- Passion for brand building and its importance to every touchpoint with an organization
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a complex organization
- Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Able to pivot quickly to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives
- Strong time management and ability to work independently effectively
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity

What Youll Do:
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
- Champion and evolve a differentiated brand strategy that reinforces PICTON Investments as a modern leader in alternative investing.
- Bring our purpose to life through bold storytelling, integrated messaging, and cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, Investments) to ensure brand alignment and impact.
- Own brand governance, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels and touchpoints.
Creative Leadership & AI Integration
- Lead the use of AI tools like Gemini to enhance creative ideation, streamline content production, and experiment with new ways to tell our story.
- Push boundaries with content formats, digital activations, and campaign concepts that capture attention and build credibility.
- Serve as a creative sounding board with our graphic designers and other team members combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Integrated Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and lead cross-channel brand campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and engagement among financial advisors.

- Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns and thought leadership.
Partnerships, Sponsorships & Events
- Manage key sponsorships (e.g., golf partnerships) and brand-aligned events that extend our reach and reinforce brand equity.
- Partner with HR to activate our employer brand and strengthen internal culture through storytelling.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs for brand performance and continuously optimize through data, research, and feedback loops.
- Use insights from the advisor market to refine positioning, campaign direction, and creative messaging.
What You Bring:
- 7-10 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within financial services or adjacent industries.
- Proven success in shaping and evolving modern brand identities.
- Proficiency in AI content tools like Gemini (or willingness to become a power user).
- Deep understanding of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong grasp of B2B and advisor-centric audiences.

The Opportunity:
The Senior Director, Brand Marketing builds Psycho Bunny's cultural credibility and commercial performance through on-the-pulse marketing campaigns. This role leads product, retail, wholesale marketing, and partnerships, ensuring timely, on-budget execution of marketing plans. Success requires strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to balance brand-building, commercial goals, and operational realities.
Your Daily Adventures
- Supports the Chief Digital, Marketing + CX Officer in developing overall marketing strategy and investment allocations.
- Leads the planning and execution of seasonal brand and product marketing priorities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Directly leads and mentors the Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
- Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to mobilize cross-functional teams and achieve marketing goals.
- Develops data-informed creative briefs and analyzes brand and competitor performance to identify opportunities.
- Owns workback schedules and ensures cohesive campaign presentation across all customer touchpoints.
- Leads a "Test and Learn" culture and continuously optimizes marketing campaign development.
Your Toolkit
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus), and 10+ years of experience in Marketing with a senior level track record in Brand Marketing with a track record of driving change and performance.
- Needs to be a strategic thinker with experience in developing brand strategy, campaigns, and assets, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer segmentation.
- Must have excellent time, project, and organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and experience in leading and mentoring a team within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Apparel Retailers or Brands is a plus, as is fluency in both English and French.
