**What You'll Do:**
**Social Media**
+ Help define Canada Dry's social media strategy and foundational content pillars, aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
+ Build the 2026 Canada Dry social media content calendar.
+ Support community management by engaging with consumers, identifying cultural trends, and proposing real-time activations.
+ Monitor and participate in key cultural moments and conversations.
+ Repurpose existing brand assets and collaborate with the design team to create new, engaging content.
+ Research and share best practices to elevate Canada Dry's social media presence.
**New Product Innovation (NPI)**
+ Analyze consumer and market data to uncover insights that inform innovation strategy.
+ Assist in shaping compelling selling stories and building business cases for new product launches.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Innovation, Sales, Finance, Brand) to gather inputs and ensure alignment for gate approvals.
+ Support the development of presentation materials that articulate the strategic rationale behind innovation initiatives.

+ Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
+ Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter

Your Daily Adventures
- Lead the creation of omnichannel storytelling, messaging, and calendars for all brand marketing programs and promotions.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing briefs and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and brand consistency.
- Act as the central point of coordination to drive clarity, alignment, and execution of key marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Oversee and track budgets for assigned projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effective execution.

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field) and 7 years of pertinent experience, with 5 in a managerial capacity.
- You have a proven track record of leading successful cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- You’re a master of project management, with exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You're a guardian of the brand, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
