We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Reputation Manager to join our marketing team.
This role is dedicated to monitoring and managing our reputation across digital platforms. The successful candidate will actively engage with customers online, escalate issues to the right internal teams, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our brands are perceived while driving meaningful improvements in client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Listening, Engagement and Amplification
· Monitor social channels (e.g., Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, etc.) for brand mentions and conversations.
· Respond to mentions in a timely, authentic, and human voice to engage users and direct them toward appropriate next steps.
· Identify emerging trends, risks, or recurring themes and flag them proactively.
· Amplify positive reviews across the platforms
Review Management & Reputation Oversight
- Monitor, track, and manage client reviews across Canada by line of business (LOB).
- Support the Review Process, managing customer communications from initial engagement to resolution.
- Respond to all reviews like google/Yelp and Glassdoor, as well as on emerging platforms.
- Oversee the client email inbox, ensuring timely responses and coordination with relevant team members
- Assist with reporting and tracking review trends, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Escalation & Coordination
- Systematically route escalations to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring issues are handled promptly and effectively.
- Track escalations and follow through until resolution, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Partner with client-facing and operations teams to ensure feedback loops are closed.
Reporting & Insights
- Create regular reports on types of complaints, escalations, and sentiment trends.
- Present findings to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Provide recommendations on how to enhance client experience and brand trust based on data insights.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in community management, customer service, public relations, or a related role.
· Fluent in English and French
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, forums, and online review ecosystems.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand in a professional yet approachable way.
· Organized and systematic, with strong attention to detail and process management.
· Experience handling escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolutions.
· Proven ability to analyze data and distill insights into actionable recommendations.
· Knowledge of StorageVault’s lines of business (Self Storage, Portable Storage, MoveBuddy, FlexSpace, RecordXpress) is a strong asset.

Responsabilités principales

You will propose creative and impactful brand strategies and be willing to step in and do the work yourself when needed.

- Leadership – Understanding and championing our vision and then articulating this into an understandable format that our creative team can build from;
- Content – Produce a steady stream of written, audio and video content designed to engage the audience. This includes social posts, email campaigns, video stories, website updates, and sales material;
- Brand Consistency – Ensure our message is consistent across all mediums and platforms, so the consumer understands our value proposition, regardless of how they found us;
- Merchandise – Overseeing the design and production of our apparel and merchandise items;
- Conferences – Equipping our sales team with the materials need for a successful conference or road trip;
- Interviews – Booking guests for our podcast episodes.
What We Need:
- Hold an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree; preference to a business degree;
- Have 3-8 years of work experience in marketing;
- Present yourself in a polished appearance in a formal business environment;
- Have the ability to articulate clearly in both written and verbal settings and be the master of attention to detail;
- Get excited about design and be forward-thinking in your approach;
- Have a business mindset;
- Extensive experience in social media, including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others;
- Experience using SquareSpace, Wordpress, or other web content management systems;
- Experience using ConstantContact or other email marketing software;
- Knowledge of SEO;
