- Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and reusable solution patterns.
- 8+ years of experience designing technical solutions in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
- Certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF Foundation), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML components or automation platforms (e.g., RPA, LLM APIs, AI SaaS platforms) is an advantage.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :
- À titre de responsable du volet applicatif de l’architecture d’entreprise (AE), être un collaborateur de premier plan au sein de la Table de l’architecture d’entreprise (TAE) à être mise en place;
- Veiller à l’évolution du volet applicatif en lien avec les processus d’affaires, la gestion de l’information et la vision de l’organisation;
- Agir comme collaborateur actif, qui influence les travaux de la TAE par ses connaissances et son expertise afin de faire cheminer le volet dont il est responsable en cohérence avec les autres volets de l’architecture d’entreprise;
- Coordonner des mandats auprès des conseillers en architecture fonctionnelle et organique de l’équipe afin d’assurer la cohérence des activités liées à l’architecture applicative dans le cadre de l’élaboration des solutions mises de l’avant dans le cadre des différents projets de la Société;
- Encadrer les travaux exécutés par le conseiller en architecture fonctionnelle dans l’établissement de la solution à mettre en place et des résultats à obtenir;
- Assurer l’évolution de l’architecture d’intégration afin d’en conserver le caractère novateur et la forte intégration (interopérabilité) avec les systèmes opérationnels;
- Assurer la cohérence pour la satisfaction de besoins très variés de la Société avec comme objectif d’établir des solutions satisfaisantes et évolutives;
- S’assurer que les solutions visent à éliminer les duplications et la redondance des traitements;
- Intervenir comme spécialiste afin departager et d’intégrer des solutions novatrices ou pour en assurer une évolution cohérente.

- Animer des ateliers liés à la solution ou au projet;
- Documentation décrivant chacune des facettes de la solution d’ensemble;
- Avis permettant de faire un choix éclairé de la solution;
- Tout document sous-jacent aux activités et responsabilités ci-contre tels que :
o Comptes rendus de rencontres d’architecture avec les utilisateurs;
o Priorisation de contenu de livraison;
o Matériel de présentation lorsque requis;
o Évaluation des impacts, risques et coûts.
Requirements
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans une discipline jugée appropriée aux attributions du poste ou une équivalence;
- Avoir au moins cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinentes dans des fonctions ayant permis d’acquérir les habiletés et connaissances essentielles en architecture de solutions;
- Avoir participé de façon efficace à la réalisation de deux (2) projets présentant des enjeux complexes;
- Avoir participé à la mise en place au moins deux (2) solutions d’envergure (1 000 j/p chacune) pour soutenir la transformation numérique.

In essence, we are looking for a Senior Director who can work in a hybrid BA/COO capacity for the entire global portfolio of programs across the Wealth business. This is both a 'hands on' and a strategic leadership role which will include 360 assessment and direction of your peer group and senior interaction with the business and organizational leadership.
Primary Objectives:
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client base for all assigned projects.
- Take over and fix red projects/programs.
- Communicate business issues and medium-to-high level requirements to other BA’s and project/program managers on assigned projects.
- Ensure that all the group's deliverable documents (Business Requirements Doc, Functional Specifications, and System Requirements Specifications) are of high quality and in line with the project objectives.
- Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer for senior wealth group members.
- Provide informal and formal assessments of the group’s work output including peer group.
- Assist other Directors and VPs with overall management of the Global Group.
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in complex IT projects as a Business Analyst or Business SME.
- 5- 8 years Wealth Management project experience as a BA or Wealth Management business domain experience.
- 6+ years of experience working in a major transformation initiative ie analysis including requirements definition, feasibility studies, cost estimates, proposals, business process mapping, design, development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing and implementation.
- 5+ years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery methodology.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables
- prendre connaissance des orientations en matière de gestion des infrastructures technologiques (IT) du MCN et en matière de sécurité et s’assurer de les respecter lors de la conception des dossiers;
- analyser et comparer les solutions possibles afin de recommander une solution pour approbation qui permettra de répondre aux besoins énoncés;
- établir clairement la portée des travaux, estimer les coûts et la durée estimée en mois;
- estimer les ressources nécessaires à la mise en place de la solution (licences, acquisitions, évaluation de capacité de traitement, stockage);
- superviser, définir et/ou réaliser les preuves de concept nécessaires afin de confirmer des éléments constituant la mise en œuvre de la solution;
- élaborer le bien livrable (dossier de conception, énoncé de travaux, définition de mandats, avis de positionnement ou preuves de concept) le plus approprié dans le contexte du projet et selon les activités et biens livrables précisés dans les DE qui lui sont confiées;
- présenter les dossiers produits au coordonnateur de livraison (chef de division) et au directeur concerné, ainsi qu’aux autres instances d’approbation selon le processus de validation et d’approbation en vigueur au MCN;
- documenter la solution retenue et l’intégrer dans la documentation normalisée;
- réaliser toutes autres tâches d’architecture nécessaire au bon fonctionnement des avant-projets.

Rôle hybride.
Les heures de travail sont normalement comprises entre 8 h et 17 h, du lundi au vendredi (35h par semaine), mais peuvent être étendues lors de certains projets.
1. Comprendre les exigences d’affaires et mettre en valeur les exigences d’architecture et de sécurité,
2. Produire des schémas d’architecture logicielle générale et détaillée incluant le volet intégration,
3. Produire des architectures générales et détaillées d’infrastructures technologiques pour divers modes de déploiements (sur site, infonuagique ou hybride),
4. Collaborer à l’évaluation des solutions proposer des scénarios de solutions, identifier les risques, les bénéfices et les ROI (avantprojet),
5. Planifier, concevoir et coordonner l’élaboration, l’installation, l’intégration et l’exploitation des systèmes assistés par ordinateur y compris des applications mobiles,
6. Participer à la catégorisation des systèmes d’information,
7. Élaborer une stratégie de transition à la sortie et l’intégration de données aux systèmes cibles.
8. Élaborer des procédures d’entretien pour les systèmes d’exploitation, les environnements de communication et les logiciels d’application.
Exigences- Minimum de 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans les technologies de l’information, dont 10 ans dans un rôle avec des responsabilités similaires.
- Expert de l'Environnement Microsoft ou Linux Azure
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (BAC) en technologie de l’information ou en administration des affaires ou son équivalent.
- Français (écrit et parlé) de niveau professionnel.
- Capacité de passer une évaluation des antécédents judiciaires.
- Capacité de se déplacer dans la région de la ville de Québec.
