The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers in a geographic region, with a primary focus on driving new business development and expanding our Traffic Control suite of services and products to both existing and potential
clients. As the lead point of contact, you will establish and nurture strong, enduring customer relationships, positioning our offerings as essential solutions.
In this role, you will actively engage with external clients while collaborating with cross- functional internal teams, including Inside Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing. This position entails frequent travel and requires adept utilization of a CRM to strategically plan, execute, and direct efforts both internally and externally.
What you will do
New Business Development
- Lead the charge in developing and executing strategic plans to expand revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Focus on prospecting and securing new clients for our Traffic Control suite of services and products, effectively presenting our value proposition.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate customer spend across various "Traffic Control" services and drive business growth through innovative approaches.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external client interactions, ensuring superior account management.

Collaboration and Communication

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

+ Providing transportation solutions to full-service lease and maintenance customers.

We're looking for an Account Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. What you'll do:
+ Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients and agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations
+ Partner with account executives and creative strategists throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients
+ Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
+ Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
+ Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap's new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
+ Increase adoption and engagement of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
+ Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 3+ years working with clients to understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing their business while performing in-depth data analysis that deliver both short and long term strategies
+ Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers
+ Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) ( :
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$33,000 annually.
Zone B ( :
The base salary range for this position is 85,000- 126,000 annually.
Zone C ( :
The base salary range for this position is 76,000- 113,000 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
