Purpose:

We are looking for an BI Analyst to join our lean, fast-moving Business Intelligence team in the online gaming industry. You'll work in a high-impact environment where data drives every decision. This role is ideal for someone who's curious, self-directed, and thrives on solving complex problems without being spoon-fed answers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Integrate new data sources and ensure clean, reliable data flow into our data warehouse
  • Develop and improve KPIs such as LTV, churn, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Monitor pipeline performance, resolve issues proactively, and document workflows
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and usability
  • Maintain and enhance data governance and quality processes

Requirements:

The skilled and collaborative Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in BI tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, Fivetran, and Databricks. In this role, you will lead data integration and migration efforts, working closely with end users, departmental stakeholders, and IT teams to transform data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for ensuring data accessibility for reporting and system integration, defining business requirements, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing BI strategies. The Role:

  • Design, develop, test and implement systems for BI reporting and analysis.

Reporting to Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting, as a Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing Python and SQL programs to find innovative solutions and to extract data using different tools and technologies. + Conduct risk events investigations through data analysis. Apply analysis requirements to identify risk event cases.
