**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Act as the lead of a team of data scientist, data engineer and university interns
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed through machine learning solutions
+ Design, develop and implement artificial intelligence models using tools such as PyTorch, Kedro, and Scikit-learn
+ Automate data extraction and transformation for the AI/ML pipelines
+ Deploy and integrate/adapt existing and new machine learning models into the SAP4Hana platform using SAP Hana Cloud Platform or SAP Cloud Platform
+ Evaluate the performance of machine learning models through test to assess the impact and fine-tune them to improve accuracy and efficiency
+ Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for machine learning implementation in SAP4Hana
+ Keep up to date with the latest research and trends in the field of Machine Learning and SAP4Hana, and apply new methods and techniques where appropriate
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You have a Master's degree in data science & business analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
+ You have at least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
+ You have a strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
+ You have hands-on experience with programming languages such as: Python : Pandas, Kedro, Scikit-learn,lgbm, R: dplyr, time series forecasting SQL: Experience with complex queries.
+ You have experience with Reinforcement Learning and Mathematical Optimization (asset)
+ You have experience in development using cloud providers Azure (Databricks. Synapse) and AWS (Codebuild, Elastic Contained service)
+ You possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of BI professionals
- Provide strong leadership and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Design dashboards, reports, analytics tools, and data warehouses tailored to stakeholders’ needs
- Oversee data acquisition, transformation, and integration from internal and external sources
- Drive BI projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Partner with different teams across the company to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing BI solutions
- Stay current on BI trends, innovations, and best practices
- Establish and maintain BI standards and governance within the organization
- Contribute to business process transformation with a focus on digitization and efficiency
- Animate and engage the BI community to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Provide application support to end users
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of databases, data warehouses, and BI architectures
- Experience developing with Cognos Analytics and SQL Server
- Experience with Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Experience with JDEdwards / Enterprise One ERP system (an asset)
Additional Assets

- Proven experience in team leadership and project management

Vos principales responsabilités
- Encadrer, inspirer et diriger une équipe de professionnels en BI
- Fournir un leadership fort et instaurer un climat de travail positif et collaboratif
- Concevoir des tableaux de bord, rapports, outils d’analyse et entrepôts de données adaptés aux besoins des parties prenantes
- Superviser l’acquisition, la transformation et l’intégration de données provenant de sources internes et externes
- Piloter des projets de BI en respectant délais, budgets et standards de qualité
- Collaborer avec les différentes équipes de l’entreprise pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de données et y répondre efficacement
- Assurer la maintenance, l’optimisation et l’amélioration continue des solutions BI existantes
- Se tenir à jour sur les tendances, innovations et meilleures pratiques en BI
- Définir et maintenir les normes et standards d’intelligence d’affaires au sein de l’organisation
- Contribuer à la transformation des processus d’affaires, avec un accent sur la numérisation et l’efficience
- Animer et mobiliser la communauté BI afin d’encourager la collaboration et le partage d’expertise
- Offrir un soutien applicatif aux utilisateurs
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en informatique, finance ou dans un domaine connexe
- 7 à 10 années d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins 5 années dans un poste similaire
- Solide compréhension des bases de données, entrepôts de données et architectures BI
- Expérience en développement avec Cognos Analytics et SQL Server
- Expérience avec Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Expérience avec le système ERP JDEdwards / Enterprise One (un atout)
