We are looking for a strategic and experienced Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead the change function across a portfolio of global technology transformation initiatives.   • Oversee integrated change plans across communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on technology-driven transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of change practitioners and coordinating external partners or consultants.

  • Expertise in change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and integration with Agile/SAFe delivery.

About the opportunity:

Jerry.ai is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) to help scale our core insurance business. We hit a huge milestone in early 2024 by achieving profitability and have ambitious goals for the next few years — scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $1 B business. In this high-visibility role, you'll report directly to our VP of Insurance Operations, and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics, you will create a seamless user experience and ensure ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion).
