As a CAD Manager at LEA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of CAD and BIM standards across civil infrastructure projects. In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include:
CAD/BIM Standards & Quality Control
- Develop, implement and monitor CAD/BIM design standards and procedures including templates, libraries, and layering systems as required by public and private sector clients to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Establish and control a quality management system to review drawings for readability, accuracy, presentation, and adherence to design standards.
- Review and contribute to project deliverables (e.g., grading, servicing, stormwater, and utility plans) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with municipal standards.
- Identify opportunities for increasing workflow efficiency and provide recommendations for best practices.
Project Planning and Support
- Plan, organize and manage CAD/BIM work plans for different project teams, to meet project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate drafting resources and schedules to meet project milestones and deliverables within budget and scope.
- Support multi-disciplinary design teams through all project phasesfrom proposal support and concept design through to detailed design and construction documentation.
- Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure operational and technical efficiency.
Training and Staff Support
- Organize and conduct training for various employees, including drafters, designers and engineers through Lunch-and-learn, Webinars and/or other training methods/options.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by ensuring proper access to CAD systems and orientation on drafting standards.
Systems and Infrastructure Management
- Plan and manage infrastructure budget and requirements including hardware and software.
- Liaise with engineering leads and the IT department regarding technical issues and CAD/BIM system issues.
- Organize server and folder structures, supporting files, and archives.
- Professional Development and Other Responsibilities
- Maintaining professional growth and development for LEAs design capabilities by keeping up with the latest engineering industry trend, software, and technology.
- Other duties and responsibilities within the scope of the CAD Management.
The qualifications you need:
- 7-10 Years in CAD Management for Civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of transit, land development and municipal Engineering principles, design standards and Jurisdictional Design Guidelines (OPSS/OPSD, TAC, MTO, and AODA).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with a strong understanding of the problems that may arise from how they interact with other programs and peripherals.
- ProjectWise, BIM and ACC experience is an asset.
- Strategic and process-oriented, prefers to operate in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Team player, able to prioritize tasks with exceptional organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
- Strong project management, analytical and technical skills.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The CAD Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IEM’s CAD standards, symbol libraries, and design blocks. This role owns the AutoCAD library, drives standardization across the organization, and ensures CAD tools enable engineering efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Own and manage IEM’s CAD library, including development of standardized symbols, design blocks, templates, and drawing tools to support engineering productivity.
· Lead the creation, documentation, and enforcement of IEM-wide CAD standards, consolidating best practices from all locations into a unified, well-documented system.
· Audit CAD drawings to ensure compliance with standards, providing feedback and corrective guidance to maintain quality and consistency.
· Partner with engineering, mechanical design, and production teams to develop and maintain libraries of standard layouts for repeatable IEM products, panel arrangements, and wiring diagrams.
· Drive innovation in CAD workflows, identifying and implementing improvements to reduce design time, minimize errors, and improve manufacturing readiness.
· Maintain and update physical component layout drawings, wiring symbols, and diagram standards to reflect current product offerings and best practices.
· Develop training programs and provide guidance to engineers and CAD users on best practices, new tools, and updates to CAD standards.
· Monitor CAD tool performance, coordinate with IT for system updates, and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve the design process.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for AutoCAD, providing advanced technical support to engineering and CAD teams.
· Establish and track KPIs for CAD quality, standard adoption, and library utilization to measure improvement over time.
COMPETENCIES:
· Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, including advanced block creation, attribute management, and template development.
· Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical drawing practices and how they integrate in manufacturing environments.
· Demonstrated ability to create, document, and implement CAD standards across multiple teams and locations.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
· Effective communicator, able to train, mentor, and influence adoption of new standards and processes across all levels of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CAD management, library development, or related role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
· Proven experience implementing and managing CAD standards across multiple teams.
· Experience in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.

The TPM will manage Data Platform and Data Engineering programs, leading and driving complex, cross-functional projects and programs within the healthcare data domain. - Drive multi-team technical programs spanning healthcare data pipelines, analytics platform development, interoperability frameworks, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Tooling and DevOps Familiarity for JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Azure DevOps to help track software maturity, release stability, and process bottlenecks.
- Drive program planning, scope, execution, risk management, and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust backend solutions using .NET (C#)with an emphasis on security and compliance in line with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIsfor integration with applications, third-party services, and mobile platforms.
- Create intuitive and responsive frontends using React or Angular tailored to care advocates and patient-facing applications.
- Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services such as functions, messaging queues, storage, and managed databases.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelinesto support continuous delivery and infrastructure automation with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, Compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Participate in system architecture design, peer code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal technical standards and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Master's degree in engineering or related field is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Typescript, Angular or
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with building secure and scalable REST APIs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience developing with relational databases like Microsoft SQL (preferred), PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
- Experience with unit tests frameworks like xUnit, Jest, Moq to ensure code reliability, accuracy, and maintainability.
- Experience working OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with related tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Strong Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges using modern design principles.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards(FHIR, HL7, X12) and working in HIPAA-compliant environments.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in cloud or software development.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).

The Battery Management System (BMS) Software Design Release Engineer is responsible for developing advanced automotive battery packs from initial design concept through full volume production. The Engineer is responsible for the release and system integration of the BMS Software on xHEV vehicle architectures.
- Work with the cross-functional requirements team to decompose program BMS software requirements that satisfy vehicle level functional objectives
- Cross-functional coordination of SW planning, requirements decomposition, integration and validation efforts with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet critical program milestones
- Lead coordination of BMS SW CDR reviews internally and with the supplier.
- Provide program deliverables on time per major development milestones.
- Lead PDT meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage, track and resolve critical issues. Coordinate BMS change management (CCD, CN, IAA, PER).
- BSME, BSEE, BSCE - Minimum 1 year experience
- Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and BSG systems
- Highly Motivated with Self Motivation
- DVP&R and DFMEA Basic Understanding
- Demonstrated Ability to Work in a Team Environment
