We are looking for a Front End Engineer to help us build the next generation of self-service advertising tools. We are seeking that rare combination of solid coding background, good design sense, an aptitude to apply technologies at scale, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and raise the bar on every service and feature we build.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, consistency, maintainability, performance, security and all the other things that make great software great. They will own the design and implementation of major deliverables end-to-end. This position requires collaboration with fellow software engineers, UX designers, product managers, technical program managers, and partner teams, necessitating a comfort-level with ambiguity and a desire to create, iterate and improve.
Key job responsibilities
· Minimum of 3+ years' industry experience as a software development engineer, web development engineer, front end engineer or similar

As part of the self service advertising products organization our team focuses on the 80% of advertisers that are small and medium size businesses and deliver simple, intuitive solutions for helping them grow their reach and sales.
This important work requires that we build redundant, highly available systems that scale massively to ensure our advertisers can enhance discoverability for all the products they sell online and connect Amazon customers with sellers and selection anywhere in the world. We are increasingly focused on helping our advertisers reach new markets and build a strong brand presence which means we must think globally and be strategic about how we build our software to operate 24/7/365 in over 20 countries.
The Campaign Management team is responsible for capturing inputs for advertisers to control their advertising efforts. You can think of our team as the brain and nervous system of all the advertisements you see on amazon.com. We build large scale, high velocity distributed systems to service 100's of millions of API requests per day, steam data at PB scale, process business logic on tight latency budgets, all while streaming and the data at high fidelity to 20+ other services to perform other critical advertising functions. We stand up world class CI/CD pipelines to deploy our service automating infrastructure provisioning, high volume load testing and first-rate monitoring so our engineers can keep their heads down inventing for our advertisers. The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Who we need

Reporting to the Director, CRM, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Channel Strategy, to play a crucial role in designing campaigns that resonate with customers and drive positive results that will set Scene+ apart. You will leverage member data to drive channel marketing initiatives that align with our partners' business objectives, elevating the impact of our targeted communications.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, working five days over a two-week period in the office.

As our new Marketing Manager, Channel Strategy, you will:

  • Collaborate on strategy. You will work with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target segments, messaging, and desired outcomes. You will take an active role in the planning process, ensuring that lead times, resources, and channels are aligned to support campaign availability and seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including technical implementation, creative assets, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop, execute, and automate strategic channel campaigns. You will build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal partner marketing, data science, and brand marketing teams to devise and execute strategic channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, social media, customer journeys, triggers). You will ensure content is personalized for specific segments.
  • Analyze and communicate. You will continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. You will achieve KPIs and derive actionable insights, making persuasive presentations on your recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time. You will maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance, seeking feedback, and addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Leverage technology to drive success. You will find opportunities to automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM system. You will foster collaboration with technical development teams and partner marketing teams to support the development of successful, end-to-end, unique, and recurring campaigns in SFMC. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and optimize resource utilization.
