YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Based on your daily schedule, perform preventive, installation, and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment at client sites
• Within the workshop, conduct maintenance, adjustments, and equipment assembly in strict compliance with the requisitions received
• Diagnose problems, determine the causes of failures, and perform necessary repairs
• Install, commission, and adjust new equipment according to technical specifications
• Prepare detailed intervention reports, including work performed, parts replaced, and technical recommendations
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of interventions while complying with safety standards and deadlines
• Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site clients to ensure reliable and quality service

• Certificate of Qualification – Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or equivalent recognized training (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or with various types of equipment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and comfort with computer tools
• Proactive, autonomous, professional, discreet, and able to build strong interpersonal relationships

What You’ll Do:

• Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (packaging or manufacturing preferred )

• 433A Millwright License (preferred or in progress)

• Experience with conveyors, fillers, sealers , and automated lines

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required

Just a few years after purchasing the company, new product lines were added, to extend the range and volume of snack food offerings. The company has always been in tune with the dynamic of demand and capacity, and continues to innovate market winning products.

We are seeking a mechanically skilled individual who can work on maintaining plant systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues which may arise during production, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Equipment used in this food processing facility includes industrial, electromechanical, and hydraulic equipment as well as pumps and conveying systems.

The Maintenance Mechanic must be able to troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces, generators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, packaging machines, VFDs, PLCs, etc…

Other duties include.

• Inspect and examine machinery (conveyors, packers, seasoners, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, etc.) to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
• Perform maintenance tasks according to work orders (cleaning, lubrication, etc.)
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
• Perform good troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment break downs.
• Has a pro-active mindset; finds solutions to different problems and complexities.
• Can adapt and learn quickly to problems. Can operate in a high-pressure environment.
• Perform daily maintenance and repairs needed in the production area.
• Setup, take-down, and relocation of Processing and Packaging equipment.
• Comfortable with electrical & PLC Controls
• Follows safety and food safety protocols
• Stays on call for emergency repairs of production equipment.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Post-Secondary Education in a mechanical trade.
• 4+ years' experience as a field service technician or field repair technician in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong proven skills in automation and troubleshooting.
• Good judgement and decision-making skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work a rotating shift as well as some extended hours and weekends.
• Welding will be considered an asset.

Work Environment

The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This job is performed in a shop environment: hazardous materials; greasy, slippery factory floors. Job Description

The Equipment Specialist provides technical support to manufacturing operations by performing, scheduling, and coordinating all preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades to cranes. This role ensures all crane safety systems are maintained and that operation, inspection, and maintenance records are kept current. Manager of Rentals & Used Equipment Sales

We’re seeking a Manager of Rentals and Used Equipment Sales who will be responsible for monitoring, facilitating and supporting the sale of rental units and used equipment from the company’s fleet. This role will be focused on driving profitable sales revenue through strategic sales initiatives, collaboration with internal and external partners, and effective team leadership. Education/Certification:
