Responsibilities and Duties:
- We are searching for experienced Barista/Cashiers to join our team on a Full-time basis.
- The ideal candidates will have 2+ years experience and require little training.
He/She will have the ability to:
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean station that is consistently in proper running order.
- Self-manage quantity control. (i.e. noting products needed for proper functioning of the front of house).
- Work efficiently with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Willingness to bring creativity and new ideas to the beverage menu(s).
- Latte art skills preferred.
- Provide support to management. (i.e. answering telephone, customer questions and taking catering orders).
- Operate a P.O.S system when cashing out customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Barista 2+ years.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism.
