Ton emploi

  • Superviser et faciliter les activités quotidiennes et cérémonies de plusieurs squads au sein de l’équipe TI Actifs Cartes
  • Préparer et participer activement aux comités de changements et aux PI Planning (priorisation, découpage, présentation des engagements et des réalisations)
  • Faciliter et optimiser la collaboration et la synergie entre les squads
  • Soutenir le Propriétaire de Produits (le Product Owner, PO) dans la priorisation et le raffinement des activités
  • Soutenir le gestionnaire dans la saine gestion des différentes initiatives entourant l’équipe (budgets, échéancier, risques et enjeux, gestion des actifs, etc.)
  • Agir comme « coach » auprès des collègues moins expérimentés dans l’utilisation de la méthodologie agile et proposer des améliorations qui supportent la livraison des fonctionnalités
  • Diagnostiquer les situations problématiques, faciliter leur résolution en assurant la mise en place de solutions

  • Faciliter et optimiser la collaboration et la synergie entre les squads
  • Soutenir le Propriétaire de Produits (le Product Owner, PO) dans la priorisation et le raffinement des activités
  • Soutenir le gestionnaire dans la saine gestion des différentes initiatives entourant l’équipe (budgets, échéancier, risques et enjeux, gestion des actifs, etc.)
  • Agir comme « coach » auprès des collègues moins expérimentés dans l’utilisation de la méthodologie agile et proposer des améliorations qui supportent la livraison des fonctionnalités
  • Diagnostiquer les situations problématiques, faciliter leur résolution en assurant la mise en place de solutions
