# **Learn more about us at:** ** are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. This role is pivotal to fulfilling our commitments to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

The **Project Manager** will act as the bridge between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and leadership, while fostering collaboration and problem-solving. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, values teamwork, and wants to make a real impact in a company that supports their growth.

# **Key Responsibilities**

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from award to final completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and support project teams, including site supervisors, coordinators, and trades
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
- Report on project progress and financials to senior management

# **Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager in construction (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in building envelope, tenant improvements, concrete and steel structures, multi-family, new builds, and renovation projects
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- PMP, Gold Seal, or other project management certifications are considered an asset
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check. Only results relevant to the role will be considered

- Competitive salary: CA 100,000 to CA 140,000 per year
