Avidbots is looking to further grow our revenue through strategic partnerships with distributors across North America. This role will take the lead in identifying and managing those key reseller and distributor relationships. The Channel Sales Manager will play a key role in onboarding new partners as well as actively managing our distributor network.
We are looking for somebody who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and build out our Channel Sales team. The ideal candidate will come from a background of Hardware and Software Sales as well as experience with reseller onboarding and support.
What youll do:
- Assist our Channel Partners in delivering Avidbots solutions, working towards a combined revenue target for the team
- Responsible for planning and supporting deliverables, influencing teams and driving cross functional collaboration to ensure sales targets are met
- Work alongside other Sales Leaders on the definition of processes, roles and responsibilities, templates and other documents regarding the Channel Sales process
- Build out a repeatable partner vetting process, evaluate existing partner relationships and onboard new partners as needed
- Forecast within the reseller program to ensure we are capable of meeting manufacturing demands
- Regularly meet with reseller partners to ensure they are best positioned to sell Avidbots, communicating product and service feedback to the team
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience working with Channel Sales in the Tech sector
- 5+ years of B2B Sales Management experience

Reporting into the VP, Sales & Marketing, were looking for a driven, MSP-savvy professional to lead our channel engagement and fuel sales growth. As the Senior Channel Manager & Strategic Sales Executive, this hybrid role blends three hats - Senior Channel Manager, Sales Executive, and Business Development, which is perfect for someone who knows how to build solid MSP partnerships and turn them into a real pipeline.
What Youll Own:
Channel Manager (60%)
- Be the face of Benji Pays at MSP events and conferences.
- Manage and grow relationships with partners, distributors, and vendors in the MSP space.
- Dive into MSP communities such as Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn groups, forums, and more to boost our brand and spark interest.
- Create and run partner enablement programs that get our partners selling.
- Build trust and loyalty by becoming their go-to expert.
- Track partner-driven activity and revenue while keeping us in the loop.

Sales Executive (20%)
- Own and close leads from marketing or partner channels.

Business Development (20%)
- Generate a steady flow of leads from events, partners, and your network.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of channel management/development experience in a B2B SaaS environment or relevant.

**Position Summary:**
Join Purina as a Sales Channel Manager. In this impactful role, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration to develop go-to-market strategies that meet our sales targets and customer needs. **A day in the life of a Sales Channel Manager:**
- Serve as the primary business partner with segment, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP), ensuring alignment with consumer and customer opportunities for profitable growth.
- Align brands with shopper drivers by segment and channel, creating strategies to activate these drivers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to establish effective category and brand strategies, focusing on pricing, promotion, and channel optimization.
- Develop segment assortment strategies and provide recommendations for channel-specific launch plans, assessing launches through pre and post evaluations.
- Identify category and channel opportunities, ensuring brand strategy aligns with ICBP and Account Planning.
- Oversee commercialization of brand plans, creating selling stories for customer engagement.
- Provide input to Building Blocks and ensure strategies drive financial impact.
- Analyze market trends to inform portfolio development and create the NPP innovation story.
- Develop integrated category-building events to drive shopper demand and retailer support, aligning with shopper needs and paths to purchase.
- Lead activation and communication plans across marketing, sales, and supply chain, while identifying insights for major retailer initiatives.
- Guide the development of differentiated retailer plans and quarterly events for significant customers, identifying growth opportunities and providing recommendations for initiative development.
**Role Requirements**
- Completion of a University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Minimum 6-8 years in Sales, Marketing or MDO.
- Proven experience in leading the development of customer or brand business plans, including execution and assessment of those plans. We are looking for a candidate with strong future potential who can leverage their MDO experience and development to facilitate positive progression to the next level
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
