Graphic Design Lead – Marketing and Lead Generation

At StorageVault Canada, we’re shaping the future of storage solutions, and we’re looking for an experienced and creative Sr. Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As the design lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding a small team of talented designers while being the main point of contact for all design-related content within our content team. In this role, you’ll lead the ideation and execution of impactful content for social media, campaigns, email marketing, and other key initiatives, ensuring that every project aligns with our brand’s vision and goals. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and executive teams, making this a high-visibility role where your leadership and creative expertise will help drive brand awareness and generate customer engagement. Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the design team in creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and oversee the production of campaign creatives, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Lead the design and implementation of website UX/UI updates to improve user experience.
• Create engaging social media graphics and video content, including photography and basic video editing.
• Design email templates, newsletters, and digital assets for various marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality print materials, including signage and banners, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with marketing and business goals.

Your Experience & Natural Strengths:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital media, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a design team.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in visual composition, typography, and design fundamentals.
• Excellent video editing skills, with experience in creating engaging video content.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.

  • Salary: $75,000.00 per year + 10K potential annual bonus

**The Opportunity**
CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide marketing support to the Industrial Specialists team consisting of 4 high-performing, fast-paced brokers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Develop and execute marketing materials on InDesign for property listings such as brochures, email campaigns (through MailChimp), websites, and eye-catching social media posts.
+ Maintain marketing schedules for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Maintain team social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms).
+ Prepare proposals, presentations, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other communication materials for customized, client-specific property information packages.
+ Ability to utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and MLS to perform tasks such as updating and maintaining client databases, printing/scanning/filing various documents, and coordinating client correspondence.
+ Liaise directly with the centralized departments (Marketing & Communications; Research) and work together to fulfil requests in a timely manner.
+ Liaise directly with external vendors and property owners/tenants to organize photoshoots, signage orders, and property tours.
+ Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
+ Carry-out special projects as requested and be a trusted support for the broker.
**What we require**
+ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
+ Experience providing support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.
+ Experience in the Real Estate industry or business understanding is preferred.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
+ Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign is required.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $60,000-$68,000 annually, depending on experience. **What we are looking for:**
+ You hold or are currently pursuing a professional or university degree in graphic design or a related field.
+ You have between zero (0) and two (2) years of full-time experience in graphic design.
+ You are bilingual (French and English) with strong writing and communication skills in English.
+ You have experience using Adobe Suite software and are familiar with MS Office applications.
+ You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ You can work as part of a team and demonstrate commitment and professionalism in your work.
+ Knowledge of HTML.
