**Position Overview**
Autodesk is looking for a Sr. Manager of Technology Vendor Management for the Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) division within the COO organization. The Technology Vendor Management team is a critical enabler of our company's objectives by ensuring that employees and customers alike have access to secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology. By managing our most strategic vendor relationships, this team empowers Autodesk to innovate faster, scale reliably, and responsibly adopt new technologies, including AI tools and platforms that unlock productivity and creativity across the business.
Reporting to the Director of Vendor Management or Senior Director, the Senior Manager will serve as a Business Partner to one or more business leaders and manage a diverse portfolio of supplier relationships across cloud, SaaS/PaaS, infrastructure, security, professional services, and emerging AI technologies. The Senior Manager should have a good understanding of the entire vendor management lifecycle, from sourcing and contracting to performance, risk, and financial management, and be focused on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our top-tier vendors that advance our business objectives and unleash innovation.
This position will be based in the US or Canada (PST timezone).
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute vendor management strategies aligned to enterprise priorities, enabling resilience, compliance, and cost optimization
+ Lead executive-level business reviews, performance evaluations, and contract renewals with Autodesk's most critical technology vendors
+ Partner cross-functionally on RFx processes, requirements gathering, and supplier evaluations, ensuring risk, compliance, and financial factors are fully considered
+ Monitor vendor performance, financial health, and SLA/KPI delivery, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement
+ Anticipate and mitigate risks, including security, operational, and compliance exposures, by building risk management plans and escalation pathways
+ Contribute to the maturity of the Vendor Management function by improving processes, dashboards, and automation for greater efficiency and transparency
+ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners, exercising executive presence and influencing without authority to achieve business outcomes
+ Coach and lead a team of vendor management professionals, fostering adaptability, innovation, and accountability
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in technology vendor management, while managing vendor portfolios of increasing complexity across SaaS/PaaS, infrastructure, cloud services, and professional services
+ Proven success managing Tier 0/Tier 1 global technology vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe) and exposure to AI suppliers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor)
+ Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to engage credibly at the executive level
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $125,800 and $203,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management , to lead all aspects of IT vendor management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and performance optimization within our VMO (Vendor Management Office). Working in close partnership with the IT Leadership and Legal teams, you will play a critical role in maximizing commercial value, minimizing risk, and ensuring vendor partnerships align with our broader technology and business goals.

This role requires a high degree of business and financial acumen, deep contracting experience, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage complex IT engagements across software, services, cloud, hardware, and consulting categories. What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy & Sourcing including Vendor Strategy
  • Own and evolve the IT category strategy, aligned with enterprise goals and evolving technology needs.
  • Negotiate and structure contract commercial terms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and balancing cost, value, and risk exposure.
  • Drive industry scans, vendor market research, and competitive sourcing processes (RFx).
  • Lead vendor evaluation, scoring, and selection with key business and technical stakeholders.

Contracting & Commercial Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end contract execution for IT deals—scope, pricing models, SLAs, delivery commitments, renewal options, and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Security, Procurement, and Finance to ensure holistic deal structuring.
  • Negotiate best-in-class commercial outcomes in both new agreements and renewals/extensions.

Vendor Performance & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for strategic IT vendors.
  • Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards; oversee vendor QBRs.
  • Working closely with IT leadership team, drive post-contract performance reviews and continuous improvement conversations.
  • Own and manage the annual IT Vendor Conference, including innovate on vendor engagement and relationships.

Governance & Optimization

  • In close partnership with the Legal team, maintain and streamline contracting processes, playbooks, and escalation frameworks.
  • Support IT leadership with vendor risk, cost, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor contract renewals, retirements, and develop proactive renewal strategies.

What experience do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of experience in IT procurement, category management, vendor management, or IT sourcing.
  • Deep understanding of IT commercial models, contract terms, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex vendor portfolios (SaaS, IaaS, professional services, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and business storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience working within a VMO or IT PMO is a strong asset.

What you bring:

  • The experience. You have background in procurement or sourcing in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to packaging, raw materials, or specialty ingredients. You have worked with vendors, negotiated pricing, and supported supply continuity in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with bakery or food processing ingredients and familiarity with local and U.S.-based suppliers is preferred.

**POSITION: Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead**

**Position Summary:**
The primary function of this position is to lead and execute sourcing initiatives across global supply chains, focusing on supplier development, cost optimization, risk mitigation and alignment with organizational growth plans. The role ensures long-term value creation through supplier partnerships, localization strategies and continuous improvement in quality, delivery and cost.

**Essential Functions:**
Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals
+ Identify, assess and onboard global supplier for critical commodities and processes
+ Lead localization & new product sourcing initiatives with robust business case preparation and execution
+ Drive cost reduction through zero-based costing, alternate sourcing and process improvements
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, finance, production) to ensure sourcing success
+ Supplier negotiation and relationship management
+ Project management and localization strategy, quality assurance and technical know-how, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, along with global collaboration and communication skills
+ Expertise in manufacturing process including fabrication, machining, casting and surface treatment. Hands on experience with GD&T, metrology and testing equipment to ensure first-time-right quality.
+ Understanding techno commercial sourcing of Electro-Mechanical bought outs & industrial equipment/instruments like induction motors, pumps, sensors, valves, transducers, control panels, couplings, seals, etc.
+ Skilled in managing strategic sourcing projects within budget and timelines
+ Proficient in lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Steadfastly pushes self and others for results with a positive attitude and need to finish. Resilient under pressure and anticipates and removes potential barriers to success.
+ Reinforces and models decisions that support company ethics and values

**Qualifications:**
+ Must have a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline (mechanical/production/relevant technical field)
+ Post graduate degree in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Business Administration
+ Industry process knowledge: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and FAA (First Article Approval)
+ Minimum of 7 years of progressive supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience directly managing material procurement and associated suppliers
+ Excellent negotiation skills a must
+ MRP/ERP experience required (JDE, Visual, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
+ Intermediate level skills required in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ A strong team-player with experience working in cross-functional teams is preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
+ Committed to continuous improvement within the supply chain

POSITION SUMMARY

This position works closely with Business Manager – Strategic Sourcing in preparing analysis and management presentations related to material cost and contract margins, financial forecasts, and compliance. The Strategic Sourcing Business Analyst will support the Business Manager in the maintenance of a Compliance Registry, and in coordinating various compliance activities. From time to time, this position will be assigned to do in-depth analysis and scoping of potential projects and be assigned to facilitate and coordinate certain designated Sourcing team initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prepare management reporting and analysis as requested or required to support Sourcing leadership in carrying out duties across the NFI Group Inc.
  • Coordinate and generate data and analysis to support purchase price variance/material cost control analysis, and contract margin analysis and investigations
  • Coordinate and generate data and analysis to support financial forecasts and budget requirements as they relate to material cost inflation, surcharges, savings projects and rebates
  • Coordinate and generate data and analysis to support compliance activities including but not limited to: Customs (USMCA), Buy America, Buy Canada, etc.
  • Maintain the Compliance registry for NFI Group Supply Management (key legal and other recurring compliance requirements)
  • Assist in coordination of the Supplier Risk Management process and reporting across the NFI Group.
  • Facilitate, and coordinate selected sourcing process improvements, activities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent), education or equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, or finance is an asset
  • Prior experience with general Supply Management process and procedures
  • Knowledge of financial statements and accounting practices to effectively prepare forecasts, budgets, and other reports of Sourcing performance
  • Prior experience with strategic sourcing activities and Supplier Relationship Management practices
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP system data management
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL, and Power BI is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail to produce accurate information
