Préposé(e) à la sanitation
Salaire: 21,28 $ / heure
Horaire: L undi au vendredi 13:00 - 21:00 (1:00 PM- 9:00 PM)
Responsabilités:Effectuer le nettoyage des lignes de production et équipements tout en respectant les procédures d’hygiène et salubrité (ex. convoyeur, filler, planchers, etc.)
Effectuer l'entretien ménager des aires de production
Effectuer l'entretien ménager des aires de repos
Préparer les produits pour réaliser le nettoyage des équipements, du matériel et des structures.
Nettoyer toutes les surfaces en suivant les méthodes de sanitation décrites par l’entreprise.
Veiller à ce que toutes les surfaces soient propres pour le début des activités de production
- Expérience en matière de sanitation (un atout)
- La capacité de bien travailler sous pression et avec un minimum de supervision est requis dans cette position où des délais fréquents doivent être respectés.
- Ce poste nécessite également un haut niveau de précision et d'attention aux détails en tout temps.
- Mécaniquement incliné / qualifié serait préférable.
- Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Bilingual – French/English or Strong French language skills with professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness and ability to work varying hours (average: 1-3 overnights per month)
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout a geographic territory

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
Base salary range is $72000 – $75000 + Sales Incentive Plan. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
Base salary range is $72000 – $75000 + Sales Incentive Plan. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. What You Will Do:
- Build a solid understanding of Ecolab products, plant operations, customer business objectives, and applicable government regulations
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative products, equipment and services
- Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee training
- Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers

Role:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, The Sanitation Team Member plays an important part in the overall cleanliness of the plant and food safety. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a physically demanding position and has a demonstrated commitment to quality and high attention to detail.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dismantles and reassembles the egg grading equipment for automatic and manual cleaning
- Adheres to the cleaning and sanitation procedures required for food safety in order to meet internal as well as Canada Food Inspection Agency standards and requirements
- Completes all tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) and HACCP requirements
- Demonstrates a commitment to safety in all tasks which includes, but is not limited to, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment, using safe lifting techniques, following lock out tag out procedures, appropriate use, handling and storage of chemicals, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Strong work ethic with high attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
· Ability regularly bend, kneel and crouch throughout the shift.
· Successful completion of chemical handling and cleaning training – in house training
· Communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specified deadlines
· Willing to work straight overnight shifts (shifts commence at 5:30pm – 4:00am). Some overtime work may be required.
