Role Summary:
We’re seeking a self-motivated FM Quotation Provider to generate accurate, competitive quotes for commercial clients across the GTA. Ideal for candidates with FM industry knowledge, strong vendor networks, and a sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and deliver competitive quotes for FM services (HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.).
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors for pricing and timelines
* Ensure quotes meet client needs and compliance standards.
* Support proposal submissions with the sales team
* Track approvals and maintain high quote conversion rates
Qualifications:
* Experience in Facilities Management, Procurement, or Estimating
* Strong knowledge of FM services and pricing
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
* Independent and self-driven
* Experience with estimating tools is a plus.

Position Overview:
The Cleaning Plant Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining seed cleaning equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agricultural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor seed cleaning equipment and related machinery
· Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment
· Ensure seed is cleaned, inspected, and appropriately stored to avoid any contamination
· Maintain accurate electronic records of production and inventory
· Utilize machine automated controls
· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
· Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general yard work as required
· Oversee a team of one to two employees
· Assist with seasonal fieldwork (as needed)
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in seed cleaning, grain handling, or a related agricultural role is an asset (training will be provided)
· Strong mechanical skills and comfort with operating machinery
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to utilize computer for record keeping duties, and machine automation control
· Willingness to work longer hours during peak periods
