The Chamberlain Real Estate Group is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate team with Real Broker. We are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to support a high-producing agent, our backstage team, and clients throughout the buying and selling processes. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of real estate administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering exceptional support.
You'll handle a wide range of administrative and client-facing tasksfrom managing listing details and booking appointments to providing both in-office and out-of-office support. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities include:
In Office Support Tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the Executive Assistant with listing management, contracts, and Pillar9 data entry
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients by creating group chats, booking appointments with tradespeople, home inspectors, and others
- Schedule open houses and coordinate with agents and clients for seamless execution
- Manage lockboxes, including placement, tracking, and retrieval
- Contact condo boards to confirm sign placement guidelines and order condo documents as needed
- Review home inspection reports and communicate key findings to clients
- Prepare marketing materials such as feature sheets and tags using existing templates
- Assist with content posting on social media platforms
- Research and compile information on new builds and communities
- Order office and cleaning supplies; help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assemble buyer and seller packages; organize possession gifts for clients
- Support the planning and execution of team and client events
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ongoing projects
- Help with basic office upkeep, including taking out garbage, tidying shared spaces, watering plants in the summer, and light snow shoveling in the winter
- Ensure a consistent, professional representation of the Chamberlain Group in all interactions
Out of Office Support
- Significant driving to and from properties across Calgary and surrounding areas
- Navigate routes confidently and manage scheduling effectively
Attributes & Skills Required
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate administrative experience, including contract management and Pillar9 input
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members
- Self-motivated, proactive and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a reliable car and a clean driving record, with confidence in driving under various weather conditions
- Excellent sense of direction and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond to shifting demands effectively
- Positive and team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets and Canva is a plus
- Proactive in seeking ways to improve efficiency

Hours
Full-Time | Thursday to Monday | 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Salary
$55,000-$65,000 yearly
Travel
While travel outside of Canada or Alberta is not required for this position, there is significant driving within Calgary and the surrounding area. With this in mind, you must own your own vehicle and have full access to it each day.
There is no relocation package for the position.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a User Interface Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital landscapes of our film and television productions. You will collaborate with our experienced design team to create visually stunning and realistic mockups of operating systems, applications, and web pages for use on various platforms, including computers, phones, and tablets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with senior designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed and visually compelling UI designs for operating systems, applications, and web pages.
- Ensure that UI designs align with the overall visual style and narrative of the production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the realism of digital interfaces.
- Animate UI designs to address scripted beats
TO BE AN ALL-STAR
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- Education in Graphic Design, and knowledge of Interaction Design.
- Strong Graphic Design and Typography skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. We use Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects in our daily workflow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced production schedules and tight deadlines.
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of 3D design software is a plus.
