As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will be the driving force behind automating our cloud solutions. You will create and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates, refine processes, and keep our technology stack at the forefront of best practices in an ever-evolving cloud landscape. A key responsibility will be ensuring our automation seamlessly serves both development and production environments while optimizing costs and resource usage.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform.

• Design reusable, version-controlled configurations that enable rapid deployment and easy maintenance.

Hands-On Automation

• Implement and own automated processes for provisioning, scaling, disaster recovery, and routine updates.

• Ensure minimal manual intervention through effective tooling and scripting (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).

Technical Leadership (Non-Managerial)

• Drive cloud-related initiatives across the company, providing technical expertise and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related field.

• Proven track record managing production-grade environments and leading technical initiatives without direct reports.

Technical Skills

• Cloud Platforms : Proficiency with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including designing and operating highly available systems.

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Administration (Top Priority Skill)

• Design, implement, and manage robust hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and the M365 ecosystem .

2. Network & Cybersecurity (Top Priority Skill / Instant Hire Factor)

• Manage core network and security infrastructure.

• Design and implement foundational CI/CD pipelines and deployments using various tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). The role is hands-on and requires a tech-agnostic approach.

• Manage containerized workloads using technologies like Kubernetes or Docker (either is fine).

Enterprise Technology provides independent operational risk management oversight and challenge to operational risk management activities executed by the Technology organization and business groups to the management of Cybersecurity and technology risks across the enterprise. **Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is preferred
+ 10+ years of risk management and/or technology experience with at least five years of managing a large cross-functional team and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
+ Excellent relationship management, influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and balance the needs of multiple functions
+ Demonstrated experience across domains (e.g., enterprise security architecture, compute services, storage, networking, virtualization, data center, integration architecture (API), orchestration technologies, application development lifecycle management, and service delivery
+ Uses relationships with senior stakeholders to coordinate technology risk management efforts and regional groups and drive execution of technology risk deliverables and issue resolution
