**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Manage strategic planning, reporting, visibility governance, organization, business management, direction, control and leadership for all phases of the Global 7500/8000 program, from development to successful deliveries to our customers.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
+ You have 5+ years of program management and leadership experience within aerospace or a related industry. Experience in a multifunctional and technically complex integration environment is key.
+ You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline with an additional 3+ years work experience with a basic knowledge of aircraft development, systems, production and related processes. Additional education is an asset.
+ You have advanced knowledge of program/project scheduling as well as business and product change management.
+ You have strong people manager and leadership qualities.
+ You have advanced knowledge of process improvement methodology and application (e.g lean mfg., six sigma, process mgmt.).
+ You master and are driven by formal Problem Resolution techniques and approaches.

About the Role
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

**What are your contributions to the team?**
- Articulate the goals and objectives of the program, and how it will impact the business;
- Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;
- Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required;
- Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams;
- Present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;
- Identify key project risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation or reduction strategies;
- Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed;
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business;
- You have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
- You have at least eight (8) years of relevant experience; project experience in interior completion change management (considered an asset);
- You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions;
- You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
- You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
- You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments;
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
- You can work in both English and French on a daily basis.

+ Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio

+ Develop and put in place internal processes and tools while identifying any improvement opportunities
+ Manage a portfolio of projects related to environmental regulations (ECHA, EPA, ECCC and others)

+ You have good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance
+ You have a good sense for remaining organized, managing your time and you demonstrate autonomy
+ You have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role, in the aerospace sector or similar field
+ PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
+ You have knowledge of industry standards and regulations; Environmental regulation is a plus
+ You have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite and TEAMS
