Pagnotta Inc. is looking for 10 Construction Workers in Edmonton. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 201, 5920 Gateway Blvd. NW Edmonton AB
The Job Duties for this position will be:
- Load and unload material and equipment and move it to workspaces
- Perform different activities at construction sites, as coordinated.
- Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment
- Assist carpenters in construction activities
- Selecting, measuring and marking materials for exterior doors and windows, foundations, floors, walls and roofs.
- Cutting and molding materials and getting them together with nails, screws, fasteners or paste
- Select tools, equipment or materials from storage and transport items to the work site.
- Cutting and shaping wood for framing following the layout provided by the professional carpenters
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- Clean and pile salvaged mate
Job Requirements:
- English is required as a language
- Minimum one year of experience as a construction supervisor is required

Duties/ Responsibilities
Dependent on your background and experience, duties may include:
- Assist trades with any duties they need help with
- Inventory counting and management

- Site cleanup and organization (housekeeping)

- Digging trenches, chipping concrete, snow removal, flagging, pour watching
- Operate skid steer, zoom boon, aerial work platform (internal training provided)

Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week. Most shifts start at 7:00 am but hours may vary based on site requirements.
- Overtime and work on weekends as required. On average, our workers typically work around 50 hours per week.
- Long term, steady, year-round work
- One paid 15-minute break and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day
- Combination of inside and outside work. Appropriate dress required.
