OBJECTIVES

  • Manage all phases of residential and construction projects from pre-construction planning through final handover.
  • Lead builders to ensure project deadlines are met and done with quality
  • Ensure that all construction meets premium quality standards, architectural intent, and client specifications.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and milestone deliverables.
  • Oversee site safety, compliance, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct monthly site visit to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain excellent communication with homeowners and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Ensure timely procurement of high-end materials, fixtures, and finishes in coordination with designers and vendors.
  • Handle change orders, documentation, and close-out processes with precision and professionalism.

COMPETENCIES

  • In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and custom building techniques.
  • Ability to manage complex custom home builds from concept through completion.
  • Exceptional attention to finish quality, architectural accuracy, and design integrity.
  • Experienced in sourcing and managing elite subcontractors and luxury vendors.
  • Accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting to meet financial expectations without compromising quality.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving construction challenges with minimal disruption.
  • Proficient in tools such as Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, and digital plan review systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, with a focus on custom homes or luxury estates.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and high-end construction practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification or any similar construction management certifications
  • Background in interior finish coordination or luxury real estate development

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily field-based with some office responsibilities.
  • Be able to travel to job sites once a month.
