Responsibilities:
* Clean interior suites and possible areas around the site.
* Installing exterior air barriers and assisting Superintendents do daily tasks.
* Interior suites woodworking on windows frames and trims.
* Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
* Assisting with various window removal and roofing demo procedures.
* Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.
* Removing hazardous materials from sites.
* Driving scissor and boom lifts if necessary.
* Performing site and equipment inspections.
* Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.
* Other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or similar.
* Completed apprenticeships recommended.
* Driver's license recommended.
* Sound knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools.
* Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
* A good understanding of safety procedures.
* Great hand, eye, and foot coordination.
* Willingness to learn and be flexible.
* Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills

The Skilled Laborer's responsibilities include ensuring worksites are clean and safe, a demo of windows, and torched on roofing, spreading gravel, using drills, saws, and other power tools, and providing assistance with heavy machinery. You should also be able to take instruction from superiors and complete on-the-job training. To be successful as a Skilled Laborer, you will have to complete apprenticeships and acquire suitable skills. An outstanding Skilled Laborer should be hungry to expand their skill set and increase their level of expertise. You should also be willing to learn from other crew members and receive off-site training wherever possible.

As Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for management of daily operations on a construction site.
* Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule including with assisting to price projects.
* Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction including resolving deficiencies and mitigating risks.
* Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
* You will mentor and guide field workers by modeling safe work practices and teaching the right way to complete tasks.

You are an experienced Site Superintendent who manages both current and future projects, including extensive renovations at universities, municipal construction, and commercial facilities. You will bring
* 5-10 years of construction experience,
* Demonstrated expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
