Multimedia Design
- Edit product and lifestyle imagery for various platforms including websites, marketplaces, and digital ads.
- Design layouts for product manuals and quick start guides.
- Develop engaging Amazon A+ enhanced content.
- Create realistic product mock-ups based on R&D inputs.
- Design infographics, illustrations, icons, and logos.
- Produce motion graphics and visual effects for digital campaigns.
- Design print materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Develop product packaging in line with brand identity.
- Oversee front-end design for multiple e-commerce websites.
- Build and optimize landing pages, category pages, and product pages.
- Enhance UX/UI for both mobile and desktop experiences.
- Manage and update site content through a CMS (Magento 2).
- Create and edit posters, plaques, headshots, holiday cards, and business cards.
- Use project management tools (ClickUp) to manage tasks and priorities.
- Work with external creative partners to maintain brand consistency.
- Perform related tasks to support team and company goals as needed.
- Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within consumer products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and web design expertise.
- Ability to maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (or equivalent tools).
- Strong understanding of design principles including color, composition, and typography.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Magento 2 preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role (40 hours/week), with working hours from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual & Brand Design

- Design and produce content for ebooks, brochures, sell sheets, presentations, infographics, banners, and motion graphics.

Advanced Web Design & Development
- Design and develop modern, responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Figma and front-end coding (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Implement rich user interactions including:
- Parallax scrolling
- Scroll-based animations and transitions
- GSAP or Lottie-based animations
- Sticky navigation and reveal-on-scroll effects
- Micro-interactions and hover effects
- Lazy-loading content, video backgrounds, and modal interfaces
- Build reusable components and templates compatible with WordPress.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-optimized.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SEO teams to align design with user behavior, lead generation, and content performance.
Digital Optimization & Asset Management
- Optimize graphics and web code for speed and accessibility.
- Implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
- Test and iterate designs based on analytics and performance data.
- Manage digital asset libraries, design systems, and component frameworks.
- Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, provide regular reporting on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, and make recommendations to improve results.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma .
- Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery ; experience with animations using GSAP, ScrollMagic, or Lottie is a major plus.
- Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing for and deploying on WordPress .
