Ce que vous ferez:
Examiner, rediger, reviser et negocier divers contrats, notamment des contrats de projet, des contrats d'approvisionnement, des baux, des contrats de service a la clientele et des appels d'offres, tout en garantissant la conformite avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les exigences legales.
Travailler regulierement avec les chefs de projet pour examiner, negocier et finaliser les contrats lies aux projets, y compris l'examen et le respect des exigences en matiere de main-d'uvre, d'assurance et de surete.
Collaborer avec les services internes, notamment les equipes juridiques, commerciales, operationnelles et financieres, afin de faciliter le processus d'approbation des contrats et de garantir le respect des exigences contractuelles.
Maintenir des dossiers contractuels precis et organises, en suivant les dates cles et les etapes importantes.
Repondre aux questions et preoccupations relatives aux contrats emanant de parties internes et externes.
Participer aux questions liees aux projets et a la resolution des litiges contractuels afin de fournir un soutien juridique si necessaire.
Mettre a jour et gerer la base de donnees des contrats, qui est utilisee pour suivre et analyser les contrats actifs et les expirations a venir.

Experience et formation souhaitees :
Diplome en etudes parajuridiques ou plus (requis) ;
3 ans d'experience ou plus dans un role de soutien juridique avec une experience de la gestion des contrats et des processus de negociation (une experience dans l'industrie de la construction est un atout) ;
Meticuleux et dote d'excellentes capacites d'organisation et de gestion du temps ;
Solides competences en communication ecrite en anglais ;
Utiliser la langue francaise dans un cadre professionnel. En raison de la nature de nos activites commerciales, la majorite des taches devront etre effectuees en anglais.

What You'll Do:
Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including project contracts, supply contracts, leases, customer service contracts, and RFPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Routinely work with Project Managers to review, negotiate, and finalize project related contracts, including review and compliance with labor, insurance, and bond requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the contract approval process and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key dates and milestones.
Address contract-related queries and concerns from both internal and external parties.
Participate in project related issues and contract dispute resolution to provide legal support as needed.
Update and manage the contract database, which is used to track and analyze active contract and upcoming expiration.

Experience & Education Desired:
Degree in Paralegal Studies or higher (required);
3+ years of experience in a legal support role with experience in contract management and negotiation processes (construction industry experience is a plus);
Meticulous with exceptional organizational and time management skills;
Strong written communication skills in English;
Utilize French language in professional settings. Due to the nature of our business operations, majority of this role will have to be carried out in the English language;
