You’ll start with 3 weeks’ vacation and benefits after 3 months.   You’ll earn a base salary of $60,000 per year, with total yearly on target earnings expected to be between $0,000 - 90,000 per year. Your variable compensation will be paid annually (based on total annual billings), and with a monthly bonus (paid on retainers from the previous month).
