Description du posteLa personne occupant ce poste exerce un rôle de conseiller au niveau des activités relations médias pour la première équipe et a comme mandat de veiller à la planification et la coordination d’entrevues et des disponibilités médias. Elle collabore avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer la fluidité des communications du Club. Aussi, il est de sa responsabilité de travailler à une couverture continue du CF Montréal dans tous les médias, pas uniquement sportif. Le poste demande un engagement envers un horaire fluctuant selon l’horaire des matchs et des événements et requiert une présence sur la route avec l’équipe pour la majorité des matchs sur la route.
Principales responsabilités
- Gérer et coordonner toutes les demandes et les disponibilités médias de la première équipe;
- Développer une vision stratégique pour les communications sportives qui peut être maintenue par tout le Club;
- Assister aux entraînements, matchs à domicile et matchs sur la route de la première équipe ;
- Préparer et voir au bon fonctionnement de la galerie de presse au stade lors des matchs;
- Gérer les accréditations des médias;
- Promouvoir l'image du Club dans les médias sportifs et non-sportifs, et ce de manière continue;
- Participer à la rédaction quotidienne de communiqués, avis médias, horaire, lettres, notes de presse, etc.;
- Conseiller les différents membres de l’équipe dans leurs actions de communications;
- Agir à titre d'intermédiaire entre le Club et les médias;
- Demeurer un lien entre l’équipe marketing-communications et la première équipe
- Assurer une veille médiatique quotidienne et recommander une stratégie d’action, lorsque nécessaire;
- Établir des liens professionnels et fonctionnels avec les membres de la première équipe et assurer leur compréhension du monde médiatique et de leurs enjeux afin de favoriser une collaboration optimale;

The person in this position serves as a media relations advisor for the first team and is responsible for planning and coordinating interviews and media availabilities. They collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication within the Club. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining continuous media coverage of CF Montréal across all types of media, not just sports-related outlets. This role requires a commitment to a fluctuating schedule based on match and event timings and involves traveling with the team for the majority of away games.

- Manage and coordinate all media requests and availabilities for the first team;
- Develop a strategic vision for sports communications that can be upheld across the Club;
- Attend training sessions, home games, and away games of the first team;
- Prepare and ensure the proper functioning of the press box at the stadium during matches

- Dployer une stratgie de contenu omnicanale (infolettres, plateformes, outils internes).
- Maintenir un calendrier ditorial clair et dynamique.
- Superviser la qualit des contenus, leur pertinence et leur ton.
- Soutenir les communications internes avec lquipe RH.
- Optimiser les contenus pour le web (SEO, accessibilit, formats varis).
Marque & marketing
- Assurer la cohrence de la marque PEAK sur tous les points de contact.
- Crer des outils de mise en march pour nos solutions et services.
- Veiller ce que lexprience de marque reflte nos valeurs et ambitions.
vnements & rayonnement
- Planifier et coordonner des vnements (mdias, partenaires, conseillers).
- Imaginer des formats innovants et adapts notre positionnement.

Ton profil
- 5 ans+ dexprience en relations publiques, com stratgique ou mdias.
- Excellent.e rdacteur.trice bilingue (FR/EN).
- Bonne matrise des outils comme Cision, Meltwater, Hubspot.
- laise dans lunivers financier ou conomique.
- Bac en communications, journalisme, marketing ou quivalent.

Your Role
Youll be a key player on a small, dynamic marketing team. Strategy, execution, creativity youll touch it all.

What You'll Do
Public Relations & Influence
- Build and execute a targeted PR strategy for Quebec and Canada
Foster strong relationships with journalists, columnists, influencers, and content creators - Write press releases, speeches, bios, media kits, and opinion pieces
- Support and prepare internal spokespeople for public speaking and interviews
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign performance
Content & Communications
- Deploy an omnichannel content strategy (newsletters, platforms, internal tools)
- Maintain a clear and dynamic editorial calendar
- Ensure quality, tone, and relevance of all content
- Support internal comms in collaboration with the HR team
- Optimize content for digital (SEO, accessibility, formats)
Brand & Marketing
- Ensure PEAKs brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create marketing tools to promote our services
- Align brand experience with our values and business goals
Events & Visibility
- Plan and coordinate events (media, partners, advisors)
- Propose innovative event formats that support our positioning
- Assess event outcomes and recommend improvements
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in PR, strategic communications or media
- Strong bilingual writing skills (French & English)
- Proficient with tools like Cision, Meltwater, Hubspot
- Comfortable working in a financial or economic context
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
- Established media network (a strong asset!)
