COAST Performance Rehabilitation has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Client Services Team and oversee our two North Vancouver locations. Client Services Managers are part of the front line team engaging with clients, performing all administrative aspects of client care and maintaining the clinic's presentation. This role is based at our 13th Street location, but is also the main point of contact for our satellite location in the Revive Medical Clinic.

What you will be doing
- Engaging with clients and creating a welcoming, supportive and efficient experience.
- Leading and mentoring the Client Services team to deliver superior client care.
- Participating in a fast-paced team environment by collaborating effectively with others to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Cultivate a supportive team environment through encouragement, recognition and proactive communication.
- Manage the Client Service schedules, daily sales reconciliation, supply inventory, and other administrative functions.
What you will bring to COAST
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Experience in a health clinic with the JaneApp booking system is ideal.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.
- Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and daily sales reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
- A flexible schedule that is able to accommodate changes in the availability of the team and the needs of the clinics.
- Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Active Rehab
