COAST Performance Rehabilitation has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Client Services Team and oversee our two North Vancouver locations. Client Services Managers are part of the front line team engaging with clients, performing all administrative aspects of client care and maintaining the clinic's presentation. This role is based at our 13th Street location, but is also the main point of contact for our satellite location in the Revive Medical Clinic.

What you will be doing

  • Engaging with clients and creating a welcoming, supportive and efficient experience.
  • Leading and mentoring the Client Services team to deliver superior client care.
  • Participating in a fast-paced team environment by collaborating effectively with others to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Cultivate a supportive team environment through encouragement, recognition and proactive communication.
  • Manage the Client Service schedules, daily sales reconciliation, supply inventory, and other administrative functions.

What you will bring to COAST

  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
  • Experience in a health clinic with the JaneApp booking system is ideal.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.
  • Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and daily sales reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
  • A flexible schedule that is able to accommodate changes in the availability of the team and the needs of the clinics.
  • Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Active Rehab

  • Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), multiple internet browsers, ticketing/tracking systems
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods domain preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) desired
  • Ability to travel (job requires up to 30% travel)
  • Comfortable working as needed in a remote environment with video-conferencing tools
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanour.
  • Ability to coach and mentor customer success representatives.
