Salary:
Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company (CTM) is looking for a dynamic, career-minded individual with a passion for helping people.
The CTM Customer Service Representative is a vital part of our Agency Team, responsible for managing workflows and providing professional service support while working alongside experienced Agents.
Our CSR Team works as a unit and thrives on teamwork, supporting their Agent partners as well as each other. This role also provides an opportunity to build working relationships with the Underwriting Team and learn multiple lines of insurance.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with assigned Agents to support a book of business
- Working in multiple lines of business including Personal Lines, Farm Insurance and Commercial Lines
- Responsible for reviewing designated renewals and endorsements for accuracy
- Providing quality control when uploading new business applications
- As an Agent partner you will assist customers with changes to their policies when Agents are not available
- A willingness to participate in various webinars, seminars and courses that support your career growth
- Working with the CTM Underwriting Team to deliver efficient and precise documents
- Provide administrative support to our Corporate Services Team when needed
- Participate in community initiatives supported by CTM
- Champion a culture of kindness, agility, integrity, respect, and relationships
What you will need:
- A valid General License OTL (Other Than Life) or Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) License
- Customer service experience and a desire to provide a first-class experience to clients
- Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience
- A college diploma in a business subject would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with Applied Epic and PolicyWorks would be considered an asset
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both within a team as well as independently
- A desire to help and improve your community
