Requirements:

  • Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results.
  • Get satisfaction out of offering excellent service that can make a customer happy.
  • Able to stay organized and manage time effectively.
  • Drivers License (G) with clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Control service traffic flow and parking.
  • Determine if customers coming into service have an appointment. Record customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
  • Assist lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Assist customers with tire re-torques.
  • Other duties as assigned.

+ Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Requires a proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure.
