Requirements:
- Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results.
- Get satisfaction out of offering excellent service that can make a customer happy.
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Drivers License (G) with clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
- Control service traffic flow and parking.
- Determine if customers coming into service have an appointment. Record customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
- Assist lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Assist customers with tire re-torques.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Summary of the Role**
The function of the Customer Sales & Service Representative is to provide direct support to customers, Account Manager and Branch Operations personnel in the ongoing development of existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers to ensure that the Service Center is able to meet its growth targets.
