**What You'll Do:**
+ Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more)
+ Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and services
+ Offer technical support for Internet Banking services
+ Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departments
**What We're Looking For:**
+ High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
+ Strong communication and active listening skills
+ A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
+ Excellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
+ Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Experience with a financial institution is an asset
+ Bilingualism is considered an asset
**Work Schedule:**
+ Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of:
+ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
+ Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling our products lines as well as responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and promoting additional sales.

As a Pharmacy Data Technician, you will use your Pharmacy Assistant expertise within the pharmacy industry to specialize in the inputting of prescriptions into MediSystem Pharmacy's pharmacy computer system.
Along with the accurate processing of the patient/resident prescriptions, changes, and refills, you will also be responsible for entering and updating patient/resident electronic records.
You will use your strong communication skills to discuss important information between colleagues and external partners (physicians/nurses located at the long-term care facility), as it relates to the patient/resident prescriptions and their profiles.
What you'll do:
- Retrieve faxed or electronic physician's orders, prescriptions or requests for prescription refills
- Enter prescriptions, refills and prescription changes into the patient's record
- Create new patient profiles and maintain existing patient records on the MediSystem database
- Prepare prescription label printouts
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
