Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Responsible to complete work orders from customers/clients in a timely manner by cutting steel in precise strip widths using various programming software
- Constant quality inspection and precise measurements
- Ability to read and complete work orders, measurement sheets, production reports, quality sheets and OEE measurements
- Basic troubleshooting of machine and process flow
- Inspect work on a constant basis to ensure quality standards are met
- 2-3 years of machine operating and set-up experience
- Possess knowledge of measuring tools
- Strong measurement skills are required for ensuring accuracy
- Possess basic knowledge of programming software
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of holding crane training license
- Attention to detail
- Ability to convert measurements
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional attendance
- Full time role – 3-month contract to start with potential to become a full-time permanent role.

- Assists with set ups and all aspects of the operations in the die cutting department
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for set up operation of die cutting press.
- Run and trouble shoot the baler and have exposure to Pre-Make Ready
- Responsible for quality of product and efficiency of production.
- Checks every load for carton quality.
- Off-piles different varieties and does minor repairs to dies as required.
- Tags loads correctly.
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.

Data Flute is an industry leader in the manufacture of high performance, application specific, solid carbide rounds. Weldon is a long-established manufacturer of premium carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools. Brubaker Tool serves our customers from our facility in Central Pennsylvania that has been in continuous operation since 1881 and is a manufacturer of general purpose and high-performance taps. D
Our team of territory and regional managers across the US and Canada work closely with each other to share information and build upon our success.
Territory managers are factory trained with in-depth reviews of application information for each product line and hands-on demonstrations. Once in the field, our territory managers are supported by a team of seasoned engineers and product managers to take on some of the most challenging applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and in-depth working knowledge of machining. Responsibilities will include field technical support of our end-user customers, field technical support for our distribution partners, and sales. Ultimately, the Territory Manager will be responsible for the level and quality of sales in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage customer relationships with assigned territory
- Increase sales and profit margin with assigned territory
- Responsible to develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory
- Keeping CRM update for assigned accounts along with ensuring data is current and accurate.
- Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage pricing, product, service/support and sales strategy.
- Responsible for setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned territory and report on progress.
- Develop and implementation of respective sales plans
- Responsible for coordinating internal resources (i.e. Product Managers) as required to support territory. If the account is being supported by a distributor, responsible for working with distributor to coordinate support products and solutions.

Keep equipment and workstation clean and in good working condition.

Perform maintenance routines (fluid levels are adequate, filters are clean).
Works as part of a team but must be able to work with a high level of autonomy.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
Fabriquer, affûter, raffûter, réparer et modifier des outils de coupe de tous genres à partir de machines à commandes numériques
Consulter les dessins et les croquis des outils de coupe.
Préparer les outils, dresser les meules manuellement ou avec l'aide d'une machine CNC, effectuer le montage.
Opérer une ou plusieurs machines simultanément.
Effectuer l'inspection des outils de coupe à l'aide de comparateurs et de machines d'inspection automatisées.
Participer au développement des nouveaux procédés.
Faire des calculs mathématiques, entre autres à l'aide de la trigonométrie.
Laver, emballer, identifier et déplacer les pièces tout en s'assurant de rencontrer les normes et spécifications
Maintenir en bonne condition les équipements et son poste de travail.
Effectuer les routines d'entretien sur les équipements (niveaux d'huile, état des filtres)
Travailler en équipe et être capable d'une grande autonomie.

What your day to day will look like?
Fabricate, sharpen, resharpen, repair and modify all types of cutting tools on numeric control machines.
Work from documents, manufacturing operation sheets and cutting tool drawings.
Manually or with the help of machinery, grind shapes in the grinding wheel, prepare tools and do set-ups.
Simultaneously operate one or several machines.
