You'll also engage clients with a heightened focus on ever-enhancing client satisfaction **.** This will include meeting with clients regularly to understand and document their business, technology and security goals, as well as client expectations of Optiv in support of attaining those goals. You'll review these goals, expectations and progress with your clients quarterly, engaging Optiv executives and resources as necessary to ensure that your team is on track to achieve or exceed these client-defined goals.
**How you'll make an impact**
+ Build trusted, effective and productive relationships with existing and potential clients within assigned accounts.
+ Lead creation of multi-year strategic account management plans, for top accounts, based upon identified client business, technology and security goals, coupled with Optiv's understanding of security trends, threats and points of view for each assigned account.
+ Build a large sales pipeline, within assigned accounts and achieve/exceed assigned gross margin target.
+ Manage current and multi-quarter forecasts with a high-degree of accuracy, currency and integrity.
+ Execute with discipline and in alignment with Force Management principles including MEDDICC and Command of the Message, among others.
+ Effectively communicate Optiv's value proposition as it relates to security services and technologies expertise and capabilities.
+ Build strong, collaborative and productive relationships with technology partners and their respective sales personnel to both gain and share leads in support of building qualified pipeline and maximizing mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
+ Initiate and / or monitor and mediate all necessary communications between clients, technology partners and members of the extended Optiv team (technical, sales, client operations, etc.) within each assigned account.
+ Maintain collaborative and effective internal communications with Optiv team members relative to specific opportunities, associated requirements and client satisfaction.
**What we're looking for**
+ Experience in product or services based sales typically gained over 5-7 years in a technology company.
+ Proven ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting and expansion plans with a track record of exceeding assigned quotas.
+ Experience engaging cross-functional resources such as sales, pre-sales technical support, and other support personnel in an effective fashion.
+ Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships with key executives and sponsors within assigned accounts.
+ Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
+ Negotiation experience.
+ History of demonstrated achievement exceeding plan and expectations.
+ **_Must be currently living in either Saskatchewan or Manitoba._**

Position Title : Security Analyst
Location : Regina, SK
Overview :
Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced Security Analyst to join our team starting October 2025. The ideal candidate will have 5+yrs of recent experience in cybersecurity and/or network security in an enterprise IT environment. Previous experience in incident response, detect, investigate, and mitigate security threats is required. Strong experience in network security and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS) and utilizing security tools (i.e. SIEM: Sentinel, antivirus, vulnerability scanners). Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and implementing effective security solutions is an asset. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: 24 months. Strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and respond to security incident tickets via ServiceNow.
- Analyze the potential impact of new threats and communicate risks to relevant business units.
- Create and maintain security reports, i.e., Risk Management Decision Item (RMDI), incident reports, HR investigations, and lost/stolen reports.
- Perform root cause analysis of the incident and take prompt actions.
- Analyze cyber security incidents to solve issues and suggest improvement.
- Create detailed reports and documentation of all incidents and procedures to the stakeholders on a routine basis.
- Support the execution and monitor of phishing simulation exercises, including user targeting, response tracking, and reporting.
- Respond to and resolve Privilege Access Management (PAM) related activities and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications and Experience :
- Experience working in the IT sector within the cybersecurity or networking fields within the past five (5) years
- Experience in network security and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Experience utilizing security tools and platforms (i.e., SIEM systems like Sentinel, antivirus, vulnerability scanners).
- Experience in operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux).
- Experience in incident response, detect, investigate, and mitigate security threats.
- Experience in risk assessment and management techniques for evaluating risks and implementing effective security solutions.
- Experience in compliance and regulations, i.e., ISO 27001 and NIST security frameworks, privacy legislation, etc.
- Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking is considered an asset.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and active Networking/cybersecurity certifications (i.e., Network+, Security+, CISSP, CEH, GSEC) is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for cyber security solutions
- Develop and maintain security requirements specifications
- Work with technical stakeholders to design and implement security solutions
- Test and validate security solutions
- Provide training and support to users on security solutions
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate critical success parameters, factors, and performance measurements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
