Reporting to the VP, Data Management, AI & Information Security , you’ll play a key strategic role in shaping and driving our global cybersecurity vision. You’ll define the roadmap, lead a talented team, and ensure our organization remains compliant and resilient across multi-region cloud environments and connected IoT products.

What You’ll Do
- Define and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with our business goals and long-term roadmap.
- Lead and inspire the cybersecurity team, promoting a strong “security by design” mindset across all departments.
- Oversee risk governance through committees, executive reporting, and actionable KPIs/KRIs.
- Elevate the company’s security maturity with cross-functional objectives, performance reviews, and clear accountability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, Law 25, PIPEDA) and lead certification efforts (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001) in collaboration with IT, Product, R&D, Legal, and Data Governance.
- Strengthen operational security through advanced detection and response (SIEM, EDR), vulnerability management, and robust business continuity plans.
- Drive DevSecOps adoption within CI/CD pipelines and support IoT product security (secure boot, OTA updates).
- Champion security awareness initiatives (phishing simulations, e-learning) and measure their impact.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies — from Zero Trust to advanced IAM and compliance automation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP (bonus: ISO 27001 Lead, GIAC, CIPP/E).
- 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps, compliance, and/or IoT security.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (regular collaboration with teams outside Québec).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Leadership & Strategic Capabilities
- Strong strategic decision-making and change management skills.
- Experience in governance models (committees, policies, RACI, KPIs) and program delivery (OKR-driven).
- Financial and business acumen — managing OPEX/CAPEX, ROI/TCO analysis, and build/buy decisions.
- Skilled communicator able to translate technical risk into business impact at the executive level.
- Experience leading vendor management, RFP processes, and contract optimization.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe) and incident response leadership.

+ Provide cybersecurity expertise for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

**What you'll bring to WSP:**
**Technical qualification, experience, and skills:**
+ Computer Programming, Networking or Telecommunications Engineering degree, or equivalent
+ Relevant Cybersecurity training and certifications, for example: GICSP, GIAC, IEC 62443 suite, or a master's degree in Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity Specialist supports the Technical Support department within Grifols Diagnostics by ensuring the cybersecurity integrity of diagnostic instruments, software, and connected systems. This role bridges technical support and cybersecurity, helping to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. The position plays a key role in incident response, vulnerability management, and secure product lifecycle support.

**Primary responsibilities for role:**
+ Serve as the cybersecurity point of contact within the Technical Support department
+ Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory teams to assess and address cybersecurity risks
+ Support secure configuration, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
+ Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for cybersecurity-related issues
+ Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, ISO/IEC 27001)
