Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Trusscores data infrastructure to support real-time manufacturing insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations between MS SQL Server, Power Apps, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition), and manufacturing equipment.
- Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to enable performance monitoring and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain SQL and Python-based data transformation workflows to standardize, clean, and model raw data for downstream analysis.
- Automate repetitive data tasks and manual processes using tools such as Power Automate, Celigo, or custom scripts in Python or JavaScript.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, and throughput by analyzing large, complex data sets from various manufacturing systems.
- Work with peers to define the governance of data architectures for consistency and reliability; accelerate growth by co-creating a playbook to standardize the design, approval, and deployment of analytics tools and practices.
- Apply basic machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics use cases, where applicable.
- Lead continuous improvement projects that evolve our data platform capabilities, support digital transformation, and unlock new levels of operational intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills

About the Opportunity
UJAs Integrated Development team is looking to amplify and strengthen our fundraising strategy. As part of this initiative, we are hiring a Prospect Research Analyst to deliver strategic donor intelligence that supports cultivation, solicitation and stewardship efforts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research current and potential donors to understand their giving capacity, interests, and connections using tools like wealth screening, public records, media and online platforms
- Proactively identify new prospects at a range of giving levels, with a focus on growing the donor pipeline and helping move new names into the high-net-worth space (donors >$10K
- Proactively reach out to and engage with colleagues, community members, and partner organizations to uncover leads, gather insights and identify potential prospects
- Monitor media, press releases, and other public information sources for donor and prospect related insights
- Maintain and enhance data integrity in Salesforce, supporting effective prospect segmentation and data driven decision making
- Collaborate with other teams across Integrated Development to provide research support on assigned projects
- Assist with the preparation of materials for internal meetings, including background briefs and research summaries
- Conducts ad hoc analysis and research to support organizational goals and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned, in accordance with departmental and organizational priorities
Qualifications:
- Relevant education or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in prospect research, fundraising analytics or non-profit development.
- Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJAs mission, values, and goals, inspiring others through action and unwavering commitment to advancing our shared purpose.
- Actively engaged in, and/or familiar with groups, networks, or organizations in the Jewish community, with the ability to engage and build relationships and surface potential new donor prospects.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong understanding and knowledge of AI and how to implement it to drive efficiency.
- Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with donor intelligence tools such as iWave or similar tools is an asset.
- Maintain a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, donor privacy.
