Nous sommes la recherche dune Analyste BI et stratgie de donnes pour jouer un rle central dans la collecte, lanalyse et la valorisation des donnes oprationnelles et commerciales, afin de soutenir les initiatives stratgiques de lorganisation et doptimiser lexprience de nos partenaires et clients.

Dans le cadre de ce mandat, vous serez galement amene soutenir la coordination de certaines activits oprationnelles
et la gestion des relations partenaires.

Responsabilits

• Participer la structuration des processus de collecte et danalyse de donnes pour soutenir les prises de dcisions.
• Proposer et implanter des amliorations oprationnelles bases sur les donnes de performance.
• Assurer une communication claire et structure des donnes partenaires aux parties prenantes.
• Suivre et analyser lvolution des indicateurs de performance cls (KPI) afin didentifier les tendances, carts et opportunits damlioration.
• Concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord et visualisations de donnes permettant une lecture rapide et stratgique des rsultats.
• Collaborer avec lensemble des quipes pour identifier et maintenir les indicateurs de performance critiques (KPIs) ct partenaires et oprations.
• Participer la dfinition et lamlioration des outils de visualisation de donnes (dashboards, rapports).
• Contribuer lanalyse stratgique des donnes partenaires pour guider les initiatives de croissance, d'efficacit et de rtention.
• Vous pourriez galement tre appels aider la supervision des oprations quotidiennes pour la prestation des services technologiques aux partenaires, et le maintien de relations durables avec des partenaires cls.

Comptences et qualifications

• Exprience marque en BI, analyse de donnes ou stratgie axe sur les donnes.
• ATOUT - exprience dans le secteur de l'picerie, de l'agroalimentaire ou du commerce de dtail alimentaire.
• ATOUT -Trs bonne comprhension des ralits et dfis oprationnels dans ce secteur (ex. logistique, gestion d'inventaire, saisonnalit, marge faible, etc.).
• Capacit grer plusieurs projets en parallle dans un environnement volutif.
• Aisance avec les outils danalyse (Excel, Google Sheets, MongoDB for NoSQL, Power BI ou autres) et les outils numriques de gestion.
• Excellentes habilets relationnelles, organisationnelles et de communication.

About the Position

We are looking for an Analyst, BI & Data Strategy to play a central role in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging operational and commercial data to support the organization's strategic initiatives and optimize the experience of our partners and customers.

As part of this role, you will also be called upon to support the coordination of certain operational activities and the management of partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to structuring data collection and analysis processes to support decision-making.
• Propose and implement operational improvements based on performance data.
• Ensure clear and structured communication of partner data to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that allow for a quick and strategic reading of results.
• Collaborate with all teams to identify and maintain critical performance indicators (KPIs) on the partner and operations side.
• Participate in defining and improving data visualization tools (dashboards, reports).
• Contribute to the strategic analysis of partner data to guide initiatives related to growth, efficiency, and retention.
• You may also be called upon to help supervise daily operations for the delivery of technological services to partners and the maintenance of lasting relationships with key partners.

Skills and Qualifications

• Significant experience in BI, data analysis, or data-driven strategy.
• ASSET Experience in the grocery, agri-food, or food retail sectors.
• ASSET Strong understanding of the operational realities and challenges in this sector (e.g., logistics, inventory management, seasonality, low margins, etc.).
  Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Ease with analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, MongoDB for NoSQL, Power BI, or others) and digital management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English).

The Business Intelligence - Business Analyst is a key member of a centralized BI team supporting business operations. This role supports cross-functional business intelligence initiatives including data integration, reporting, automation, and ad-hoc analytics. The analyst will play a critical role in designing and developing customized data models and interactive reports that drive insight and strategic decision-making across departments and management structures. In additional this individual will support in the budgeting process and will be responsible for key deliverables to management while liaising with regional operations staff to ensure the best practice is maintained.

This position will be located in Winnipeg MB  or Campbell River, BC 

Your contributions to the team include:

• Prepare, clean, and aggregate large data sets from multiple systems to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain customized, interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Support the annual budget process through data consolidation, report automation, and performance analysis.
• Perform financial and operational variance analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integrate data from various software solutions and APIs to enable centralized reporting and insights.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Business analyst experience with enterprise-level software.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Dax)
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query relational databases.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes; experience connecting APIs or integrating third-party software data is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communicator, comfortable presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and in collaboration.
