Nous sommes la recherche dune Analyste BI et stratgie de donnes pour jouer un rle central dans la collecte, lanalyse et la valorisation des donnes oprationnelles et commerciales, afin de soutenir les initiatives stratgiques de lorganisation et doptimiser lexprience de nos partenaires et clients.

Responsabilits

  • Participer la structuration des processus de collecte et danalyse de donnes pour soutenir les prises de dcisions.
  • Proposer et implanter des amliorations oprationnelles bases sur les donnes de performance.
  • Assurer une communication claire et structure des donnes partenaires aux parties prenantes.
  • Suivre et analyser lvolution des indicateurs de performance cls (KPI) afin didentifier les tendances, carts et opportunits damlioration.
  • Concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord et visualisations de donnes permettant une lecture rapide et stratgique des rsultats.
  • Collaborer avec lensemble des quipes pour identifier et maintenir les indicateurs de performance critiques (KPIs) ct partenaires et oprations.
  • Participer la dfinition et lamlioration des outils de visualisation de donnes (dashboards, rapports).
  • Contribuer lanalyse stratgique des donnes partenaires pour guider les initiatives de croissance, d'efficacit et de rtention.
  • Vous pourriez galement tre appels aider la supervision des oprations quotidiennes pour la prestation des services technologiques aux partenaires, et le maintien de relations durables avec des partenaires cls.

Comptences et qualifications

  • Exprience marque en BI, analyse de donnes ou stratgie axe sur les donnes.
  • ATOUT - exprience dans le secteur de l'picerie, de l'agroalimentaire ou du commerce de dtail alimentaire.
  • ATOUT -Trs bonne comprhension des ralits et dfis oprationnels dans ce secteur (ex. logistique, gestion d'inventaire, saisonnalit, marge faible, etc.).

About the Position

We are looking for an Analyst, BI & Data Strategy to play a central role in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging operational and commercial data to support the organization's strategic initiatives and optimize the experience of our partners and customers.

  • Drive data literacy & data-driven decision-making culture

Collaboration & Partnership:

  • Establish & maintain strong partnerships with North American and Global Digital and AI leaders to leverage and adapt existing solutions and actively participate in global data initiatives to ensure Canadian business requirements are represented and addressed.
  • Create visibility for Canadian initiatives that could benefit other regions& drive collaboration opportunities

Technical & Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the development of data architecture and infrastructure to support analytics capabilities and AI initiatives
  • Act as the Jurisdictional Data Privacy Lead for a Canadian organization, ensuring robust data privacy governance & ensuring privacy-aware capabilities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data & technology leadership with 5+ years in a people leadership capacity

  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI & Machine Learning frameworks & tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise data architecture & governance frameworks
  • Experience in developing & implementing data strategies & digital transformation projects and change management.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-wide data & AI initiatives
  • Practical knowledge of tools, frameworks, and technologies in the following categories: Data Strategy (Data governance, data management), Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), Machine Learning (R, Python, SAS, SPSS), and Cloud Platforms (Google Azure, Amazon Web Services)
  • Understanding and/or experience with Data Protection compliance with current legislation
