We’re looking for a Data & Insights Analyst - CRM to join our Global Network Communications team. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of improving our content distribution channels, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and delivering CRM communication campaigns. This position blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to enhance communication effectiveness across our global network of dealerships, distributors and B2B partners.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Channel Optimization & Project Management Manage projects to rollout or enhance global communication channels and data analytics in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Track deliverables, timelines and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Assist with strategic planning and coordination using project management tools like Asana.
Analytics & Performance Reporting Analyze raw campaign data using formulas and logic to calculate engagement metrics and generate actionable insights.
Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize campaign performance, audience behavior and channel effectiveness.
Use CRM tools, Excel and PowerBI to segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data. Utilize methods to drive personalization, like mail merges.
Manage large datasets with precision, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and automate reporting aligned with strategic goals.
Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to management to guide optimization efforts.
CRM Campaign Execution & Workflow Management Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns (email, webcast, intranet) in collaboration with the content team.
Build and maintain personalized, automated workflows using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and other CRM platforms.
Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to system users as needed.
Strategic Support & Documentation Document and share internal best practices to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
Occasionally support content creation, webcast logistics and documentation uploads.
Research emerging trends in CRM, marketing automation and analytics to inform strategy.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing automation, sales, communications, IT or related fields.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget in an agile environment.
Proficient in working with raw data, applying formulas, and building logic-based segmentation to generate actionable insights.
Experienced in data visualization and PowerBI development to track campaign performance and audience engagement.
Skilled in CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, with knowledge of automation workflows, audience segmentation and campaign execution.
Familiar with SQL, HTML and CSS for data manipulation and CRM customization. Other coding languages like Python are considered a plus.
Strong presentation and collaboration skills to communicate insights and work cross-functionally.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices is considered a plus.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechatronics, Systems Design, Software, Computer, Management engineering disciplines or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Industrial Engineering
- Familiarity working in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment
- Self-starting, team player, organized and detail oriented
- Data Management & Programming: Required: Database infrastructure/hosting architecture,SQL, Python; Desired: Java, C++, React, Node.js, Celigo, JSON, REST API
- Microsoft 365 Apps: Required: Teams, Excel; Desired: Power Apps, Power Automate
- Business Intelligence: (Power BI, Oracle Analytics, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW))
- Knowledge of Machine Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark,Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite)

Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate highly scalable, fault-tolerant data processing systems using modern AWS services like Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, and Lambda, and orchestration systems using Airflow
- Leverage your expertise in Python, Scala, or other modern programming languages to develop custom data processing frameworks and automation tools
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Continuously optimize data pipeline performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency using best practices in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of data engineering best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest big data technologies and architectural patterns, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions

You will:
- Identify key areas of concerns/limitations with current architecture and build next generation frameworks and systems that enable data teams to deliver on future needs
- Build automated data quality monitoring, audit and reconciliation mechanisms
- Develop and maintain core infrastructure and services for multiple data engineering teams
- Improve efficiency of operations in terms of cost, effort and reliability
About the team
The Pricing and Promotions Science Data and Insights Org strives to accelerate Customer, Seller, and overall Amazon success through the proactive development of automated intelligent pricing and promotions science and analytics systems. We facilitate making trustworthy data-driven decision making at scale. We look around corners for both long-term and short-term flywheel causal impacts, and think holistically, from sourcing to CX, and all customer journey touch points in between.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
- Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data audit and reconciliation strategies.
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration frameworks, such as Airflow.
- Experience with streaming data processing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers for best practices on data engineering
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent

The base salary for this position ranges from $103,300/year up to $172,600/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
