The Role

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification an asset).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT and/or business transformation projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects across multiple domains (applications, data, integrations, process optimization, vendor management).
- Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, and resource management.
- Skilled in executive communication, stakeholder influence, and vendor coordination.

Myers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Senior Consultants with strong data warehousing and business intelligence experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test custom data warehouse and BI solutions for Myers-Holum clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources (cloud and on-premise) using various data integration / data pipelining tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Lead the product implementation, from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders and end users
- In addition to meeting with the client during implementation phase, also run product training, and technical workshops with the client/end users
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
- Implement NSAW Best Practices
Qualifications and Skills
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years experience with data management using Oracle or other relational database
- 4+ years experience with data warehouse and data integration projects, using ETL / data integration / data pipelining tools
- Proficiency with at least one cloud or on-premise data integration / data pipelining tool, such as Fivetran, Stitch, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator
- Proficiency in at least one version of SQL: Oracle (preferred), SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
- Experience with at least one of the following BI tools: Oracle OBIEE, OAC, Looker, PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau
- Experience with using REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs to get data from cloud data sources is preferred

CI Financial is looking for an innovative leader to join our Data, AI & Analytics (DNA) team as the Manager of Data Engineering (Delivery). In this managerial role within the DNA team, you will oversee & perform the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and data models that enable seamless, reliable data flow and consumption across a variety of systems. Your work will support business objectives and empower data-driven decision-making. You will support the continuous advancement of our data engineering delivery practices, ensure data integrity, availability, and security, while promote strong collaboration across CI Global Asset Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Manage and lead a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Take ownership of project/initiative delivery, including planning, development, testing, and deployment, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely outcomes.
Data Engineering:
- Design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines, data models to enable reliable data movement & consumption across diverse systems.
- Champion best practices in code quality and data architecture within the team.
- Develop and enhance data ingestion, transformation, and validation frameworks to improve productivity and ensure high data accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform architecture and CI/CD practices.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization & Scalability:
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performance bottlenecks, data quality problems, and system failures; proactively identify recurring issues and optimize existing processes for reliability and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement of data platforms through automation, optimization, and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering including 1–2 years of proven experience in managing high-performing data engineering or technology teams.
- Expertise in architecting and building scalable data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concept and data architecture (Kimball and/or Data Vault 2.0 methodologies)
- Proficiency in languages like SQL and Python and experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading data engineering projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and managing project risks.
- Ability to navigate between technical and business audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with proven record of tackling complex data challenges and delivering practical, impactful solutions.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment/testing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of asset management, financial services, or wealth management industries

**Job Description:**
The Finance, Risk Data Curation Product Group, TD Data is accountable to provide high quality data solution for the Finance and Risk teams. The Senior Management, Data Engineering will act as the product owner and technology leader for the Finance workstream. This will include prioritization, backlog refinement, stakeholder management.
Accountable for building, maintaining and evolving the culture and community of Engineers and is responsible for coaching on knowledge, skills and performance, building and evolving their capabilities, and advising engineers on their work to ensure solutions meet business needs and aligned with technology strategies and emerging industry standards; this includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
**CUSTOMER**
+ Lead / manage a team of Engineers / Technology Specialists and oversee related engineering analysis activities and deliverables
+ Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment and resource management, and ensures on-going performance feedback and assessments occur and development plans exist for each team member. Engages team with Platform and Journey leads to ensure 2-way feedback of Practitioners occurs.
+ Execute introducing engineering tools, methodologies and processes across the enterprise
+ Accountability to understand the current skills and capabilities within their practice, actively working to close gaps that may exist through additional learning, coaching, supports etc.
+ Leverage deep technology expertise for own area of specialization to deliver and ensure that all areas across the organization that provision, manage and support various technologies have the necessary tools, processes and documentation required to effectively execute on their respective mandates
+ Execute on Engineering strategy as it relates to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release and configure activities across Application, Platform and Infrastructure
+ Partner with the Operations team to automatically integrate with appropriate tools and processes as part of automated/self-serve Application, Platform or Infrastructure releases
+ Work with partners across Business and Technology and apply in-depth understanding of relevant business needs to identify andleverage synergies across the various areas
+ Act as the expert or lead innovator and agent of change for the programs and services under management
+ Lead interface with other technology teams to implement best practices, standards and management
