- Establish metrics to measure AI literacy and adoption across the organization
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams implementing AI solutions
- Advise on ethical considerations in AI development including fairness, transparency and accountability aligned to applicable regulations.
- Being able to travel 30% of the time nationally as well as internationally.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and influence diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate complex AI topics into accessible language and practical business solutions.
- Familiarity with our specific AI platforms and technology stack (Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow) and programming skills (Python, R, or similar).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing AI-related projects is preferred.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish an asset but not mandatory
- Experience in training or change management related to technology adoption.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment environments.
- Experience tailoring AI solutions to specific industry challenges or business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Artificial Intelligence Student, you will play a vital role in implementing AI projects on our production floor to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute innovative AI solutions, using your creative thinking to tackle complex challenges. Reporting on project progress and continuously improving AI implementations will be essential aspects of your role. Your expertise in AI technologies, programming, and machine learning algorithms will contribute to our company's digital transformation.
**Please note this is a 1 year contract. You must currently be enrolled in a Co-Op Program with your College or University
- Develop and Train machine learning models through our specialized AI Video tools
- Validate and test models using Python OpenCV
- Aid in building and deploying AI Systems on our production floor to integrate with existing systems.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of AI initiatives and propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design AI solutions.
- Monitor and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI implementations.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI technologies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Regularly report on the progress of AI initiatives, including milestones achieved, challenges faced, and future.
- Document all methodologies, processes and results
- Provide training and support to team members on AI-related projects
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Bachelors or Masters in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Equivalent Field
- Python, YOLO Models, Tensorflow, PyTorch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data
- Proficiency in working with a wide range of AI toolboxes and frameworks
- Fluent English in reading, writing & communication.
