The Opportunity
The Data Quality Administrator will work closely with the Manager, Agency Licensing to help identify and clean data in the Licensing Management System (Accela) prior to migrating to the new platform. The role is responsible for ensuring that data meets the organizations standards for accuracy, completeness, and reliability pre-migration.
This position permits a balanced hybrid model of work-from-home and in-office. This role is a 6 months fixed-term contract.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, inaccuracies, missing values, and inconsistencies
- Ensure data meets predefined business rules and work to resolve discrepancies or errors to enhance data quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Regularly report on the data quality project and any issues that need attention
- Prepare both internal and external written communications as required
- Input all relevant data into the licensing system
- Document all pertinent telephone calls and meetings in licensee/applicant files on the licensing system
- Prepare and present briefing materials for internal stakeholders
- Assist with Licensing Assistant responsibilities as needed
- Liaise with other departments as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Agency Licensing
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative and/or customer service position
- Computer skills, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Good time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
- Excellentorganization and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize large volumes of work
Hourly Rate: $27.50 / hour.

+ Support for the assessment of activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures to strengthen risk management quality
+ Conduct routine testing of internal activities and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and identify areas of risk or non-compliance
+ Help review stakeholder/client feedback and respond to any quality assurance complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner

+ Support to ensure that risk and control responsibilities and accountabilities are embedded within Central Testing Utility

**Qualifications** :

FRMT Data Services platform is a global Data Repository built on Enterprise Data Standards and anchored to the Liquidity & Collateral management and reporting for the use of Treasury, Finance and Risk. One of the main responsibility of the team is data management by working closely with Chief Data Office (including Data Stewardship Support and Remediation) along with Finance, Risk & other Technology teams ensuring financial and contractual data readiness for Liquidity, Collateral & Capital related products.
The Data Quality Lead Analyst is a seasoned professional role with following responsibilities and qualifications
**Responsibilities:**
+ Devises methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available data sources.
+ Defines strategies to drive data quality measurement, produce data quality dashboards and reports, and implement data quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve data quality.
+ Works with data quality partners and Technology teams to identify and implement data quality tools. Identify critical data elements, data quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements.
+ Mentor junior analysts.
+ Applies in-depth understanding and knowledge of how business integrates within the sub function; as well as coordinates and contributes to the objectives of the function and overall business.
+ Contributes to the development of new techniques and processes and for the aligned business.
+ Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
+ Responsible for own work to support business teams in assigned area.
+ Build data quality assessments and measurement of critical data utilized by Citi strategic systems and processes supporting Citi Global Functions and Sectors.
+ Responsible for the reviewing, analyzing and dispositioning of the results of those measurements as well as providing detail and summary reporting of the same.
+ Accountable for understanding and documenting systems, data flows and data quality rules driven from the profiling and assessments of critical data.
+ Analyze data quality issues
+ Interact with business and technical staff who support the Global Functions, ensuring the data quality scorecards are measuring fit for purpose data.
+ Secure approvals from Data Governance Officers on scorecard requirements and use (i.e., tollgate documentation).
+ Performs other job duties and functions as assigned.
+ Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function.

**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years software experience preferred
+ High proficiency in MS Excel, Python, SQL for Data analysis
+ Ability to create BI tools such as, Qlikview and/or Tableau views for analysis
+ Problem Solving - Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations
+ Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
