POSITION OVERVIEW:

The PainterSandblaster will work in the company’s Sandblast and Paint Booths within the Paint Department. This role is responsible for preparing, sandblasting, and painting products according to customer specifications and production standards. The Painter/Sandblast Technician will collaborate closely with team members to ensure quality and consistency and will report directly to the Paint Team Leader/Supervisor.

This position works Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform manual sandblasting and painting tasks within 60’ paint and sandblast booths

Prepare, paint, and touch up parts, bins, and hardware according to customer specifications and paint coding requirements

Safely lift, hang, rotate, and flip parts for blasting and painting

Operate electrostatic paint guns and sandblast spray nozzles (110 psi)

Maintain paint booths, sandblast equipment, and spray guns in clean, working order

Perform daily and weekly housekeeping of booths and equipment

Reclaim and shovel materials in the sandblast booth as needed

Manufacture and finish parts according to production specifications

Practice safe and proper use of all machinery, tools, and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Experience with manual powder coating, spray painting, and sandblasting is considered a strong asset

Perform other general duties as assigned

SKILLS:

Ability to accurately read a tape measure

Overhead crane and forklift experience considered an asset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 15 kg)

Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and equipment

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Processor 2 is responsible for ensuring the products scheduled for production are produced as per the proper recipes and formulas and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements.

* Setting up equipment for product runs and changeovers, including working with maintenance as required without assistance
* Pre-scaling ingredients as per cook sheets accurately and efficiently without assistance

* Participate in Customer Audits as required

  • Ability to communicate with skilled trades at all levels of experience and management
  • Ability to exercise balanced judgment in evaluation situations and making decisions
  • Must be willing to work Overtime when needed

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The duties of the Electrical Wiring/Assembler include reading and interpreting internally generated wiring diagrams and schematics, understanding functions of components and install them, use appropriate wires, terminations, and labels, to fully wire all the components within a custom control panels.

This role will also assist in electrical assembly and with training could assist in minor electrical testing and commissioning.

This position works Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.

Identify components based on bills of material and inspect for defects prior to use.

Electrical Tasks: Select the correct wire location, gauge, and type, and determine proper wire routing and lengths. Install and assemble wire harnesses and wire tags. Wire electrical panel components according to provided diagrams and schematics. Install various components (e.g., terminal blocks, fuses, switches) into control panels.

Perform quality inspections to ensure wiring accuracy and correct component selection. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues at the wiring diagram and schematic level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

SKILLS:

MECHANICAL APTITUDE: Basic understanding of mechanical concepts relevant to electrical tasks.

MATHEMATICAL SKILL: Basic math skill to perform and understand measurements, calculations, and requirements.

TOOL PROFICIENCY: Ability to correctly use required tools for work including hand tools, small power tools, and other electrical equipment.

TECHNICAL APTITUDE: Ability to read blueprints and read, interpret and follow technical instructions.

Physical ability to lift 30-50lbs and work in an environment that requires standing, bending, lifting, and other physical movement.

The Finishing Packer is tasked with inspecting, banding and shrink wrapping stacks of finished labels as well as assembling and packing boxes of finished labels. Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Interacts with other departments to achieve company’s core strategies. This is an entry level role that we intend to grow into other positions within the company.

  • Completes required documentation in an accurate and prompt manner.
  • Operates a pallet jack.
  • Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures, other work instructions, and other regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP) as applicable.
  • Interacts and behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily housekeeping efforts which may include painting and cleaning of facility (interior and exterior).
  • Travels as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
  • This position requires frequent walking.
  • Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  •  Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
