We are looking for an experienced Licensed Broker to handle commercial insurance for automotive dealerships. You will work closely with our underwriting team to tailor coverage to meet the unique needs of dealerships utilizing our auto dealership program. This role will start focused in Ontario but will build with our network of auto dealerships nationally for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients within the dealership sector, focusing on Ontario.
Build relationships with dealership owners and managers to generate leads and expand market presence.
Provide customized insurance solutions for dealerships, including Fleet CGL, Auto, and Garage policies.
Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to manage client activity and sales processes.
Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to ensure proper coverage and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
RIBO licensed.
Strong understanding of commercial lines, including Fleet CGL, Auto, and Garage policies.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a commercial setting.

Do you love working on vehicles or GSE? What about working around airplanes? Well, Executive Aviation is looking for a full-time Auto Technician to work on our Ground Service Equipment (GSE), based at the Hamilton Airport (YHM).
This person would enjoy working independently but reporting to the Associate Director of Maintenance. They would coordinate and complete all PMI objectives as well as prioritizing, diagnosing, and fixing GSE or vehicle repairs for the base, or other bases as needed. This person would be expected to travel for PMI or maintenance repairs to bases in our network and have on-call responsibilities.
The Role
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of all systems associated with work equipment (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic)
Evaluate parts for reuse, repair or replacement
Use various hand and power tools
Operates equipment such as overhead or mobile cranes and forklifts to assist in assignments
Investigate and locate equipment problems and take corrective action in order to minimize the impact on crew production
Adapts to new methods, processes, material and equipment
Prepare and submit equipment maintenance records, time sheets, etc.
Follows prescribed safety procedures including the use of safety clothing and equipment
Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair needs; determine priority repairs with guidance from the lead hand
On call responsibilities
Travel to Northern Ontario (North Bay, Sudbury and Sault Ste Marie) as well as legally able to travel outside of the country, if needed
Qualifications
Licensed Technician/ Apprentice
On call availability
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel and push and pull for extended periods of time
A physical ability to consistently lift up to 70lbs/32kgs
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather
An ability to meet all conditions of employment:
