Vos responsabilités en tant que Commis charcuterie :
- Recevoir et faire le décompte des marchandises destinées à la vente, telles que viandes charcutées, fromages ou tout autre produit vendu par le département de la charcuterie, commandées par le·la responsable du département ou l’assistant·e gérant·e et voir à ce qu’elles soient correctement mises en place dans l’entrepôt, le réfrigérateur, le congélateur ou tout autre endroit assigné pour l’entreposage.
- Trancher les viandes charcutées, couper les fromages et les emballer. Peser, étiqueter et mettre en tablette, selon les règles du département, les viandes charcutées, les fromages et tout autre produit vendu par le département.
- Effectuer les changements de prix sur les tablettes et s’il y a lieu, sur les produits vendus par son département.
- Effectuer, s’il y a lieu, la rotation des marchandises en tablette et tenir propres les aires de travail.
- Faire le service au comptoir de la charcuterie / fromagerie pour la clientèle désirant les produits vendus par le département.
- Respecter les standards de salubrité gouvernementaux.
- Porter les équipements de sécurité requis.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe requise par son·sa supérieur·e immédiat·e.

- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (coolers, freezers)

The Deli Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Hereu2019s where youu2019ll be focusing:
Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
Provide customer service to meet customer needs
Keep work area clean and presentable
Process customer deli orders
Perform program execution and merchandising of product
Handle and prepare deli products
Increase store sales by actively promoting products
Participate in the training of junior staff
Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required
Process department shrink
Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
Other duties as required
